I will inform the dedicated department to consider different hotels in the future; however, we have never received negative reviews for the hotels where you have stayed. Regarding the train, unfortunately it was difficult to find availability, as it was fully booked immediately when it opened. To avoid having you travel at a very inconvenient time, I opted for a regional train instead, since the distance from Naples to Rome is quite short. Regarding the tours, the schedule was changed by the local supplier. The timing of each tour is always subject to confirmation based on ticket availability.
