Yvonne was amazing with her assistance making sure we were all prepped for the trip. During the trip, I got anxious about missing one of our guided tours because the tour guide was 2 minutes behind. I sent Yvonne a message and she immediately replied that she was working with the guide. I kid you not he showed up minutes after. He actually turned out to be a great guide and we were lucky enough to have him again the next day at the Vatican! 3/4 of our group had been to Rome and Florence previously through a different tour company.
