  I'm from Kenya, and I would need a Schengen Visa for this trip. Will you guys be able to write a Visa Referral letter to the embassy to help us facilitate Visa processing ?

    What will you need from us to provide the Visa letters ? Is it a deposit and if yes how much. Also what is the cancellation policy ? ( in the event any of us doesn't get the visa or for whatever eventuality )

    To start the booking, at least $500 USD per person is required as deposit.
    For the cancellation policy combine our local team'requirement.
    
    • 121 or more days prior to departure date @ $200 per person will be assessed.
    • 61-120 days prior to departure date @ $300 per person will be assessed.
    • 31-60 days prior to departure date @ $500 per person will be assessed.
    • 18-30 days prior to departure date @ $1000 per person will be assessed.
    • 0-18 days prior to departure date including no-shows @ 100% of the tour fare.
    
    InterTrips reserves the right to issue the airline ticket(s) or through its authorized agent issues airline ticket(s), and to make all travel reservations and arrangements immediately upon receipt of full tour payment. In addition to the above-stated cancellation charges, the guest will be wholly liable for any additional cancellation penalty fee(s) or service charge(s), including and limited to any pre-paidnon-refundable payments, from travel suppliers and/or intermediaries such as those of airlines, hotels, cruises, trains and/or ground operators who may have already issued tickets or confirmation of reservation(s) at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure). In the event of the guest's travel companion or roommate canceling the trip, the guest will be responsible for the resulting additional single supplement charge.
    Special promotional tours, sales or deals when all bookings are deemed as final once purchased and are being paid in full at the time of reservation, will not be refundable and are non-transferable upon cancellation at any time.

  I am wondering if there is any potential to see the leaning tower of Pissa? or would there be any free time in Florence to be able to go and see the leaning tower of Pissa with any additional tour?

    Some reviews are saying that if people were not feeling weel, they were still not able to check in the hotel in that city during the day? Just wanted to check if the hotel can be accessed before the evening if in case not feeling upto spnding the whole day touring/ walking?

    For your inquiries, please check: Leaning Tower of Pisa - Upon reviewing the itinerary, it appears that there will be no ideal time to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa if you plan to participate in all the scheduled activities included in the package. While in Italy, Florence is the closest city to Pisa. The day's activities are expected to conclude around 3:00–5:00 PM. If you would still like to visit Pisa, you will have the option to opt out of the group dinner that evening and travel to Pisa and back to your hotel in Florence on your own.

Please be aware that the tour itinerary is continuous and involves transfers between cities. Hotel check-in times may vary depending on each hotel's policy.     We can check with our local team, but it will most likely be a PRIVATE TOUR based on your requirements and the number of travelers. May I ask what your ideal price range per person would be? Please kindly note that private tours cost more than our standard group tours.

    The quoted price for the private tour is US$3,299 per person based on double occupancy and 4 travelers. Kindly note that the special request for the transportation cannot be guaranteed. The only difference is that the group will travel on a private bus with a guide.

    Our tour coaches are not equipped with a mobility scooter ramp. While we do our best to accommodate guests with mobility challenges, the current setup of our transportation may not be suitable for a standard mobility scooter. If your mother is able to transfer to a standard seat and the scooter can be folded or stored in the luggage compartment, we may still be able to accommodate you.

    the new minimum age requirement for the group tour is 3 years old. For future reference, we offer a child discount for our Europe tours (~20%). Alternatively, I'd be happy to look into a private tour for your group. Please note that private tours typically cost more than our standard group pricing and require a minimum of 10 travelers—would you be interested in that option?

  Is there option to Add/accomdate swarowski museum while in Innsbruck on this tour on route to zurich? An optional trip to titlis from Zurich given on day 6, will we have to choose instead of Grindelwald? As it is the end of trip, can we take this optional trip to titlis the next day if we extend our stay there? Can this be arranged?

    Innsbruck - no optional tour is available to visit Swarovski Museum. You can schedule a visit on your own (1pm-3pm) but will need to inform us before the trip. For Mt. Titlis: There is a full day optional tour on DAY 6. If you decide to do this excursion, you will not be able to follow the original Grindelwald itinerary. Price is 165 Euros. If you stay in Mt. Titlis, you may need to arrange your own accommodation.
