  Overall, I had a good experience with this tour and would recommend the agency, although I believe there is still room for improvement. The hotels in Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Rio were all clean, comfortable, and located in convenient areas within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping mall. They also included complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were well maintained, and I enjoyed staying at each hotel. The flights were well organized, with direct routes between destinations, making travel easy. I also appreciated that airport pickups and drop-offs were arranged and went smoothly. The only issue I experienced was with one flight where I had prepaid for two checked bags, but only one was added to my reservation. As a result, I had to pay an additional $50 at the airport. That reimbursement is still under review. Communication with the tour agency was excellent throughout the trip. They responded promptly to questions and ensured all of the travel logistics were handled well. The included tours were enjoyable, but there were some areas that could be improved. In Buenos Aires, the included four-hour city tour featured knowledgeable guides who covered the highlights well. However, the schedule was very strict, with no opportunity to stop for lunch or spend extra time at any location. Once the tour ended, it ended promptly. I also chose to purchase an additional tango dinner show, which was a great experience. In Iguazu, the itinerary included the Brazilian side of the falls. I paid extra to add another day so I could also visit the Argentine side, which I highly recommend. The guide in Iguazu was friendly and attentive, but his English was limited. While he answered questions when asked, there was very little detailed commentary about the history, culture, wildlife, or significance of the falls. The tour focused mainly on guiding us through the different circuits rather than providing an in-depth educational experience. In Rio de Janeiro, the included full-day tour covered downtown Rio and Christ the Redeemer. I also purchased the optional Sugarloaf Mountain cable car excursion, which was well worth the extra cost and fit nicely into the day’s itinerary. Overall, the tour provided a convenient and enjoyable way to visit three incredible destinations. The accommodations, transportation, airport transfers, and customer service were all strong points. While I would have appreciated more flexible tour schedules and more informative guiding in Iguazu, I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend this tour agency to others.Show more

  I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding our recent "Argentina, Iguazu, and Brazil" tour purchased in March 2026 and executed in April 2026.We are loyal, returning customers who have previously booked two successful trips through TourRadar to Europe and Japan. Because of our positive past experiences, we trusted your platform. However, this recent tour—operated by your local partner, Happy Vacations Company—was filled with severe operational failures, misrepresentations, and dangerous safety breaches. Please find the specific details of our grievances below :Lack of Visa Warnings & Illegal Border Crossing: Prior to the trip, we received numerous emails from your operator upsells for extra excursions, which we purchased in full. At no point did anyone warn or inform us about visa requirements for the Brazilian border. Consequently, we were denied legal entry. Shockingly, the local guides chose to transport us across the Brazilian border illegally. This constitutes a severe safety and legal risk that we never consented to. Loss of Paid Itinerary: Due to this visa negligence, we were unable to visit the Argentine and Paraguayan sides of Iguazu Falls. We fully paid for these excursions but were denied the experience .Substandard Accommodations: The itinerary promised "4-star hotels" throughout. However, our accommodation in Rio de Janeiro was a tiny, substandard room (approximately 4x4 meters). The room featured a single full-size bed that occupied nearly the entire space and a broken air conditioning unit, which caused us to get sick. Poor Quality Excursions: The scheduled city tour and delta tours in Argentina were highly unengaging and did not meet the standards of a premium tour package. As a platform, Tour Radar holds a responsibility to vet its local operators and ensure they provide accurate logistical guidance, legal safety, and the advertised quality of accommodation. Happy Vacations Company failed on all accounts. Given the breach of contract, loss of paid activities, and the legal risks we were subjected to, we expect a swift investigation and a significant financial reflection/refund for this disaster.I look forward to your prompt response and proposal for resolution.Show more

  Nice trip with support from Wanderful Holidays. The extra activities were worth adding. Great hotels, comfortable, safe and offered good breakfast. I like it was not jam packed, gives you time to rest, enjoy the hotel amenities, go to restaurants and cafes of your choosing, go shopping.Show more

  Welcome tours organised an excellent itinerary. Every hotel was well chosen, every tour well organised with excellent guides and every flight and pickup was punctual. They proved to be an excellent choice. We upgraded to the 4 star accommodation and also elected to do a couple of optional extras - the boat trip at the Iguazu falls and the 1/2 day jeep trip to the Tijuca rainforest in Rio.
