- Day 1
Venice
You'll land at Venice airport and get transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, the rest of the day is open for you to do what you want. Walk around the streets, check out the local architecture, stop by a cafe for a drink, or do some shopping if that's your style.

Venice
Grab breakfast at the hotel, then you'll hop in a gondola for a ride through the Grand Canal, passing the Rialto Bridge on the way to St. Mark's Square. A guided walking tour follows, taking you through the historic center where you'll see St. Mark's Basilica, the Bell Tower, the exterior of the Doge's Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs.

After breakfast at your hotel, the day is yours to explore Venice however you like. You might take a boat out to Murano, Burano, and Torcello, the islands nearby that each have their own character and things to see. Or stick around town if you prefer.

Venice to Rome
You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then head to the train station and catch a train to Rome. Once you arrive, you'll be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is for relaxing and getting a feel for the Italian atmosphere around you.

- Day 5
Rome
After breakfast, you'll join a guided tour hitting Rome's most iconic ancient sites: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Your guide will walk you through the history of these places. By afternoon, the rest of the day opens up for your own exploration. Visit Circus Maximus, Plaza Venezia, the Spanish Steps, or head to the Trevi Fountain to toss in a coin.

Rome
You'll eat breakfast, then meet your guide for a Vatican tour with skip-the-line access. You'll walk through the Vatican Museums, Gallery of Tapestries, Gallery of Maps, Borgia Apartments, and Raphael's Rooms where you'll see the famous School of Athens painting. The Sistine Chapel comes next, where you can see Michelangelo's work on the ceiling. Later you have free time to check out the Pantheon and Piazza Navona if you want.

Santorini
Start with breakfast at your hotel, then board a boat tour around the Caldera volcano. You'll get a local BBQ meal served right there on the boat. Later, head to Oia for the sunset, which is why people come here, then return to your hotel.
