  This was our first time using Tour Radar to book our trip and we were very impressed by the experience. We weren't aware that we had to download What's App for communication (security questions around that app) but outside of that, there were no surprises. You need to be patient to get your hotel information and booking confirmations, but once you get them - you have all the information you could ever need. They reached out daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and we never had to question if things were going to work out. We were very impressed with all of the bookings, transfers, tours and just the trip overall. We were able to truly relax and enjoy.Show more

I loved how each day we got the itinerary for the next day with links to google maps on how to get to meeting locations. Rose was great and very personable.   Start to finish this was an amazing trip. The incredible team, and it was truly a team effort as I am a bit of an over planner and travel worrier, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions without being pushy and really knew what was important to my wife and I. Convenience and proximity was evident by day 2 and I became very comfortable taking public transportation and saving a LOT of money on ride shares. The complimentary breakfast at each hotel was even better than the one before which was key because you will need to get your calories early for all the walking you will do. I give this 9 out of 10 only because the beds in the first 2 hotels were VERY firm. I probably could have requested a mattress topper or something but I was too exhausted from all the walking and fun we were having!! Small price to pay.Show more

  Days where travel was in the middle of the day rather than first thing in the morning kind of felt like a suboptimal day in terms of being able to fully maximize that day for leisure and activities. Also, the boat tour in Venice was great but absolutely not enough time to actually do the stuff on each island they tell you about (like touring churches etc) because by the time you got to the church or wherever, you had to start heading back to the boat in order to make it back in time. Also, if you are in a location only for a few days and that falls on a Sunday or local holiday, some stuff may not be open to tour which happened to us in Naples (we wanted to tour Fontanelle Cemetery but were not able to). Sometimes the communication/ directions were different on the vouchers from what was communicated by the team on WhatsApp which made things less clear than they could have been at times but the team always made these right. Overall we were extremely happy with the tour package and would do it again in a heartbeat but above are the areas we could think of for improvement.Show more

We completely understand your points about travel timing, limited time on the islands in Venice, and some attractions being closed due to local holidays — these are always tricky to balance in multi-destination itineraries. It’s good to know our team was able to quickly resolve them, but we’ll continue working on making all instructions as clear and consistent as possible. We reconfirm the details of each service a day prior and you get a detailed message a day prior to the service and hence you feel there's a difference in the information provided in the document vs the WhatsApp communication.   All of our transfers went smoothly except for the one where they didn't show up. The driver who met us in Santorini was very friendly and helpful. All of our tour guides were very good, especially the one in Venice. I liked the itinerary in Venice the best because we got our last day as a free day to do what we want. We learned our way around on the tours and then hit the town as we wished on that last day. We were kept busy in Rome and Santorini so we had less flexibility for our own outings. As for locations, I would have preferred staying in Fira on Santorini rather than Kamari. Kamari is a nice, quiet location but it doesn't have the shopping and entertainment options that Fira has.Show more

While no trip is without issues, we only experienced a couple minor hiccups which were of no fault our Wanderful and they were extremely receptive and responsive in assisting us.   Our family of 7 took an Italy and Greece tour in June. Wanderful holidays allowed us to make small customized changes to add an extra day stop on a travel day and add an extra day at the end. Any issues that popped up, were immediately handled with grace (which inevitably happen when traveling). The hotels we stayed at were perfect for our family, airport transfers made pickups and drop offs on travel days much less stressful. Preemptively, the team asked questions about luggage etc that helped inform us on packing. Traveling with a large group is no small feat, but the team made our experience much less stressful than had we planned all of the tours/transfers on our own and we had the quick back up needed when we had questions or concerns immediately. Will definitely use them again for our next big trip!!Show more

  We had a wonderful vacation. Whenever I had questions they were very quick to respond. I would recommend upgrading to the 5 star hotels. The one in Santorini was amazing! Wish we woukd have had more time. Our Athens excursion to Acropolis was cancelled due to excessive heat, they arranged a private driver to take us all around for 4 hours. It was amazing to have a local show us all the highlights! Definitely will be going back and using tour radar!Show more
