Will this tour come on Black Friday sale at all

We have not yet been advised which tours will come onto sale during our Black Friday promotion, we recommend you keep an eye on the Tour Radar website.

What is the extra charge for a private room and also how many people are on the tour?

There are 15 passengers confirmed on the OCT 18th departure date. My Own Room would also be on late request and the pricing should be listed on the Tour Radar site when you select your preferred date and go to 'confirm'. You will see the pricing and the option to select 'My Own Room'.

If we book our own hotel in Catania and Palermo, will you reduce the cost of the trip?

You are able to book your own hotels if you wish, but as this is a tour package, there would be no reduction in the price of the trip.

If you are a solo traveler, can you stay in your own room for an additional fee? If so, is it a set fee? Also, is there a group tour to the Valley of the temples and Scala di Turchie in Agrigento.

Single travellers can opt for a private room for an additional 1019.00 AUD however our allocation has now been taken, we can still request this for you but it is not guaranteed. In that case, you would share a room with another solo traveller of the same gender. This tour does visit the valley of the temples on Day 5

Does this tour go to Mt Etna? Also is it the same tour guide throughout the entire week? Also is it the same group of travelers for the whole week? Is this tour in possibility of canceling if not enough travelers go?

This tour doesn't visit Mt Etna. This will be the same guide and group for the tour. There will be a longer part of the tour however, 'Highlights of Sicily', so some travellers might have already been on the earlier part of the tour. We run guaranteed departures, as long as there is one traveller booked. So once you had booked, this tour would not be cancelled.

What are the visa requirements for this trip?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check the entry requirements for your country.

What about airport transfers?

We do not have airport transfers for our Europe tours; you will need to find your own way to the start hotel. You can take a taxi or pre book a transfer with another provider.

The tour was well organized and planned. Our guide Luca was knowledgeable, charming and hard-working. The sites we visited together, including the Cathedral in Monreale, the mosaics at Piazza Armerina, and the Valley of the Temples were spectacular, and there was time to explore some of the cities and towns on our own according to individual interests. I'd recommend these trips especially for single women and friends travelling together - you can leave all the logistics and transport headaches to someone else and have the safety of the group and support from the tour leader to make it a breeze to get around in an unfamiliar place.Show more

For tours departing after April 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
