Does the tour include return flights from Toronto?

Our departures include roundtrip airfare between Winnipeg and Churchill, but not the flights to and from Winnipeg.

Can you tell me the cost of a single supplement please? Do the rooms have private ensuite facilities?

The single supplement begins at AUD $1,404.50. All properties are conveniently located in the town of Churchill and include basic amenities. Rooms are typically furnished with two queen or two double beds, are clean and comfortable, and have private restrooms.

Do you have availability for one person on Churchill polar bear trip Nov 4, 10 or 13. If so, what is price for solo traveler?

Sadly all departure dates listed in your inquiry have no space for a solo guest.

Could you please clarify the currency for booking? I was told I would be charged in US dollars, but your website specifies Canadian currency. Could I get any discount since we booked another package with you?

Our website does list in CAD and we do process payments in CAD. Some online partners charge in USD thats been converted from the CAD rate.

What is the minimum group size for tours to go ahead? If COVID/similar disrupts travel, will we be refunded?

  Our October 11, 2026 date does have space available for two guests in double occupancy. We are currently unable to accomodate two solo travellers working with the limited accommodation available in Churchill. If you are interested in joining us and willing to share a room with two beds, then we'd love to have you!

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 125 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
