Two questions, firstly please advise extra cost of having a window view in the hotels, secondly my wife is not keen on sharing a 6 berth sleeper cabin and we therefore would rather try and sleep in the air conditioning soft seats, is this possible?

The extra cost for the room with window is 10 usd/1 room/1 night x 10nights at the hotel = 100 usd/2 people. Train cabin has 4 berths in cabin for 4 people sharing. If you do not like sharing cabin, you can take 1 of 2 options: Option 1: extra cost for Private train cabin: 55 usd/1 person. Option 2: 85 usd/1 person including internal flight ticket Hanoi - Da Nang with 20kg luggage check and 7 kg hand check, airport pick-up and transfer in Hanoi & Da Nag-Hoi An.

We had all private transfers and our own accomodation and only met new people on the day tours that where arranged and included in our itinerary. Manh was easy to contact on WhatsApp with any questions I may have had. He also took the time to contact us half way throughout the tour to check everything was ok.   Are the 2 berth train carriages available? If you can guarantee the sole use of a 2 berth cabin we would gladly accept the extra price. Is it possible to sit in air conditioning soft seats instead of a sleeper?

  Only SE2 has a cabin for 2 berths. We cannot promise booking this 2 berth cabin as there are only 2 cabins. Train company opens ticket sales 3 months in advance. We will try to book the 2 berth cabin. Soft seat in air-conditioning cabin is comfortable, but for a 16-hour journey, sleeper berth will be much better for sleeping.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
