Been on few solo tours so far and this one was very disappointing. I felt the focus was too much on maximising profit by cutting corners, lack of safety considerations. 7 days tours including arrival and departure was bascially 3 nights on walking aimlessly in the desert (was with 1 nomad guide) with no destination to reach or any activities. The other 2 was visiting places by 4x4.The driver and the Nomad guide were friendly and polite. However the tour itself is poor value for money and needs a clearer achievable itinerary.Show more

Second, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that safety or guest comfort was overlooked. On the contrary, as soon as you contacted us to express discomfort, we reacted immediately by sending a 4x4 vehicle to reach you and reassess the situation. For your well-being, we adapted the itinerary and modified the course of the tour, prioritizing your comfort over the original plan. This level of reactivity and flexibility reflects our commitment to our guests, not a lack of care. Finally, we would like to highlight that both the nomadic guide and the driver were described by you as friendly and polite, which aligns with the values and professionalism of the team we carefully select. Are the starting and ending points of the tour in Djerba? I noticed online that there might be an option of Tunis. Can you confirm this? Are there any additional fees during the tour, such as for insurance or hotel accommodations?

  This tour is 100% guaranteed even if you remain the only participant (except if there is any force majeure). Yes the starting and ending point are in Djerba. It is possible to plan transfers (pick up and drop off) from Tunis but this implies extra fees (500 euros). There is no extra fees for insurance or hotel accommodation onsite but it would be always better if you also have a travel insurance from your end (like covid +).
