- Day 2 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 3 Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,860m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 4 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) 4-5 hours.
- Day 5 Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 6 Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) via Gorakshep (5,180m) 6-7 hours.
- Day 7 Hike up to Kala Patthar (5,550m) & trek to Pheriche (4,371m) 7-8 hours.
