It was an amazing experience, the guides are awesome specially Ahmed, he is the sweetest and kindest guide we ever had, we did the tour with him at Luxor, he picked us up at the cruise in the morning with the driver in a comfortable car and we literally spend the whole day with him and he is amazing, he explained everything so well and took us to see all the temples. The cruise is comfortable and modern with good food and good staff. Are you able to provide photos of the rooms and the name of the ship so we know what to expect? Do the rooms have balconies? I have read a few ships offer "premium" rooms with better food, larger rooms, lesser ship occupancy, etc. Do any of yours offer that?

If they want to add hot air balloon ride will cost 75€ per person it is optional in luxor. Abu Simbel temples in Aswan private tour 95€ per person or sharing 65€ per person.
