For the tours there is a Meeting points from where the tour starts, and from there if there is any transportation by Road it will be in an Air Conditioned bus. Yes wifi is available in public areas of the hotel. Tipping is totally on your discretion, but good service must be appreciated. You don't have to bring cash as you can easily withdraw money and that would be in local currency. The tours are for 5-6 hours.

The best part of the tour was the communication with Rose, Wendy, Sam and Alberto. The promptness, clarity and helpfulness in their communication was impressive. Their role in organising transport etc was commendable. Many good wishes for their good work! My suggestions for some other aspects: 1. If a person opts for a group tour, at least inform them in advance that it will be not be a group tour if it so happens, rather than leaving it to them to discover when they find themselves alone on reaching the destination. 2. Select your hotels carefully keeping in mind that your customers are paying you money to have an enjoyable tour experience that a tourist looks for. If you give a hotel which is located at a completely secluded place and does not offer even the basic facilities, it spoils a tourist's experience to a large extent. 3. Prepare a standard guiding document for your various tours, like many good tour companies do. This type of document includes helpful suggestions on what to expect, what to pack, what kind of weather, what precautions to take, currency suggestions, location and shopping scenarios etc. If you have a ready and comprehensive document like this, you can share it with all your customers for a particular tour well in time. We found the tour of the Acropolis had too many people, on top of how crowded the location was to start. I recommend going to see the Acropolis on the off season. To tell you the truth, this being the first year of travel post Covid without any restrictions saw an overwhelming number of tourist to destinations like Greece as well as Italy, to an extent that the Acropolis in particular had to be closed many a times this season due to sheer numbers and the heatwave that accompanied. The take away from this is to make guests pre-aware of how busy certain monuments and sights are and perhaps offer our guests a private option should they want to experience a sight without too many people being around. In the end we would love to see some photos of some great sights during your visits to the other Greek Islands on this tour with us, especially from the boat trip.   Will the hotel in Crete be on or close to the beach for easy access? The Hersonissos Village Hotel, included in the brochure shows it being up on a hillside away from the beach, at least that's what appears in the photos on their website.
