We would appreciate it if you could prepare a suggested itinerary and quotation, including net rates, shared room price, single room price, 4-star hotels (or 5-star if the price difference is reasonable), all transportation and sightseeing included.

We absolutely specialize in a program like this, with our own guides and vehicles on the ground and association with top 4 & 5 Star hotels. We would look at $3978 per person on Twin Sharing basis for this kind of an itinerary staying 3 nights everywhere including El Calafate and doing the glacier tour. We do have some extended discounts which we could apply once we have at least 9 names to be able to call it a group. We would need the exact date of travel as this tour involves a few airline tickets as well which will need a block on the price, as airfares are dynamic and they can change fairly quickly.

Could you clarify if the shared room is guaranteed even if I am the only solo traveller? Additionally, if I initially choose the shared room but wish to upgrade to a single room on the day of the adventure, would that be possible?

On Day 3, can you arrange an activity to Uruguay? I'm interested in a boat trip to Uruguay and back to Buenos Aires.

I am interested in 3 of your tours, Luxury Argentina, Rio and Iguassu Falls; Brazil and Argentina with Iguassu Falls and Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls and Rio, incl internal flights. 1st question is why if Luxury Argentina is 5 stars and Brazil and Argentina is 4 stars, on Feb. 6, the 4 star trip is $4,699 and 5 star trip is $4,199.00. Secondly, what are the names of the hotels for each of the three trips?

The 4-star trip includes several elements conducted privately, such as private guides in Iguassu and Rio. In contrast, the 5-star option is a group tour, which is very popular among many English-speaking nationalities. Hotels for the 5-star tour are confirmed 4 to 6 weeks prior to the tour start date, but they are always guaranteed to be rated 80% and above on TripAdvisor.

Would it be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after booking? Would I get paid for that? Would I be able to work as a tour manager for other trips?

We don't have such a requirement. And we have our own tour managers and guides.

We are looking for a vacation package which covers the round trip flight from Santiago,Chile to Iguazu falls, hotels and the local trips from hotel to the Iguazu falls. We have group of 7 people.

Are there any particular places that you wish to visit apart from Santiago and Iguazu Falls Or can we create an Itinerary for you. Also would you need return flights as well, if yes which airport would you like to fly from?

We are interested in a tour of Peru and Chile comprised of the following places. Our dates are somewhat flexible apart from traveling on the Hiram Bingham train on July 26th. We would greatly appreciate a quote for this tour.

Overall, I had a good experience with this tour and would recommend the agency, although I believe there is still room for improvement. The hotels in Buenos Aires, Iguazu, and Rio were all clean, comfortable, and located in convenient areas within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping mall. They also included complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were well maintained, and I enjoyed staying at each hotel. The flights were well organized, with direct routes between destinations, making travel easy. I also appreciated that airport pickups and drop-offs were arranged and went smoothly. The only issue I experienced was with one flight where I had prepaid for two checked bags, but only one was added to my reservation. As a result, I had to pay an additional $50 at the airport. That reimbursement is still under review. Communication with the tour agency was excellent throughout the trip. They responded promptly to questions and ensured all of the travel logistics were handled well. The included tours were enjoyable, but there were some areas that could be improved. In Buenos Aires, the included four-hour city tour featured knowledgeable guides who covered the highlights well. However, the schedule was very strict, with no opportunity to stop for lunch or spend extra time at any location. Once the tour ended, it ended promptly. I also chose to purchase an additional tango dinner show, which was a great experience. In Iguazu, the itinerary included the Brazilian side of the falls. I paid extra to add another day so I could also visit the Argentine side, which I highly recommend. The guide in Iguazu was friendly and attentive, but his English was limited. While he answered questions when asked, there was very little detailed commentary about the history, culture, wildlife, or significance of the falls. The tour focused mainly on guiding us through the different circuits rather than providing an in-depth educational experience. In Rio de Janeiro, the included full-day tour covered downtown Rio and Christ the Redeemer. I also purchased the optional Sugarloaf Mountain cable car excursion, which was well worth the extra cost and fit nicely into the day’s itinerary. Overall, the tour provided a convenient and enjoyable way to visit three incredible destinations. The accommodations, transportation, airport transfers, and customer service were all strong points. While I would have appreciated more flexible tour schedules and more informative guiding in Iguazu, I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend this tour agency to others.Show more

I am interested in 3 of your tours, Luxury Argentina, Rio and Iguassu Falls; Brazil and Argentina with Iguassu Falls and Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls and Rio, incl internal flights. 1st question is why if Luxury Argentina is 5 stars and Brazil and Argentina is 4 stars, on Feb. 6, the 4 star trip is $4,699 and 5 star trip is $4,199.00. Secondly, what are the names of the hotels for each of the three trips?
