Groups stay small - maximum 14 people, though typically 8-10. The size makes a difference when visiting UNESCO sites like the Great Sphinx of Giza and Petra's famous Treasury. Smaller numbers create better conversations during special moments, like the Bedouin bonfire talk with the sheik in Wadi Rum. Personal family dinners in Aswan's Nubian Village and Luxor also benefit from the intimate setting. Navigating tight spaces becomes easier with fewer people - particularly useful walking through Petra's mile-long Siq. Guides can give more attention to everyone during activities like the felucca sailing trip on the Nile.

Reviews of Small Group tours to Egypt And Jordan
- Epic Tour to Egypt, Jordan and Jerusalem Historical & Religious Experience
Every aspect of this tour was outstanding, from the days in Cairo to the Nile River cruise to the days in Jordan and Israel. We asked for extra days in Israel and Jessi our driver and guide there stayed with us even on the extra days. Both Jessi and Mustafa were excellent caretakers, and the food and accommodation was well worth the price of the tour.
- Jordan and Egypt 14 days
Overall it was a very good trip. The sites were outstanding and all of our guides were very good also. The food at the large hotels was good but at the others it was only mediocre. I enjoyed the cruise down the Nile but the ship needed a lot of upgrading.
