We’re ready to refund the amount for the Mount Sinai tour, as we understand the challenges you faced. Please note that in Sharm El Sheikh, we provide an airport representative for transfers rather than a tour guide. As for the loud music, this is common at Red Sea hotels, as they cater to diverse guests with entertainment and nightlife activities. We apologize if this affected your comfort.
