  I would like to say thank you to our Tour Leaders Michael and John for being on hand for us when we were in Cairo. They worked very hard and long and sometimes very late hours. It was very reassuring that they were on hand - a very professional service. Also to our Tour Guides, Michele and especially Hassan Ashour who we met at Aswan. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was also very conscientious in ensuring that all in our group enjoyed themselves and covered what they wanted from the tour, especially as he had a group from three different countries to consider. He made us very welcome and we enjoyed his company. My wife and I both thought the Sound and Light show and meal at the Pyramids was not worth the money and seeing. Others in our little group that evening also thought the same, so maybe re-think this in your itinerary.Show more

  Booked an 8-day tour to Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor & Aswan. The schedule was a bit tight, and more details on activities, especially the 2-hour check-ins at the 5-star hotel on the first and last days, would have been helpful. Our guide Tamer was fantastic, knowledgeable, and with us on the first and last 2 days. Another guide, Ibrahim was with us on board of the Cruise ship, he provided all the necessary info and added a unique touch to the Nile Cruise portion Overall, the trip went well, and we enjoyed it. One suggestion is to improve the approach to tipping, making it more optional. Also, while cards are widely accepted, having local currency is handy. Thanks for the experienceShow more
