If you are 5 people you will stay in two double and one single. For the single supplement for the fifth traveller it will be 550 USD.

We will not be arranging or organizing any trips specifically related to this event, including eclipse-viewing tours or dedicated arrangements within the path of totality.

What is the exact timing for this adventure to align with flights? What is the name of the ship for this trip?

Day 1 and Day 9 are free days with no scheduled activities, allowing flexibility in arranging your arrival and departure flights. Ideally, arrival flights between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm and departure flights between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm work well with the tour schedule. If your flights are scheduled for late at night or very early in the morning, a pre- or post-tour accommodation may be required to ensure a comfortable transition.

We would like the horseback riding in the desert. Or close to the Red Sea. Is this something you could assist with?

You can ride a horse during your visit to the Pyramids, also some resorts in a Hurghada offer horse ride by the beach (limited speed) are you a professional equestrian?

Are there any special considerations regarding cancellation fees if my visa gets rejected after booking?

From arriving in Cairo, until we left on our Nile tour, our greeters, drivers and guides were exceptional! Our Nile tour started on April 30, through May 8. The country was magical, from the faluccas gently sailing on the river, to Aswan and Luxor with stone carvings and monuments. Every moment took us back in time to the beginnings of a great civilization! Our guides were fluent in English and they should be awarded Honorary Doctor degrees in Ancient Civilization. We learned far more in one week than our early exposure to Egypt during our early school years. One the best parts of this trip was the exposure to the cuisine, the friendly reception of the alabaster makers, the mom cooks, to sweet tea and succulent meat dishes with sweet dates, Nubian hospitality in a private home, sweet hibiscus tea awaiting us all. When I initially booked the tour the communication response time was poor which lead me to believe I might have been scammed! Closer to departure date comms improved and I received a comprehensive itinerary. I was very relieved to have been met by the company representative (John) before passport control at Cairo airport. From then on “Vacations to go” Egypt was very good. Excellent guides and support staff, good quality and clean vehicles. We have no hiccups through the 9 day tour in terms of punctuality or bookings. Quality of the accommodation was good, however Swiss inn in Hurghada was disappointing from a food point of view and had to eat off site despite being on “all inclusive” package. The add on tours were expensive from a market related point of view but was worth it in terms of quality of vehicles and guides. Highly recommended.Show more

Can you send me detailed itinerary as well as pricing for all the optional tours available as well as upgrades. Also can you specify if I am arriving early in the morning is it possible to leave my luggage with the hotel if early check-in are not allowed. Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Vacations to go travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vacations to go travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
