Also can you specify if I am arriving early in the morning is it possible to leave my luggage with the hotel if early check-in are not allowed. Regarding your early arrival, you will indeed be able to leave your luggage at the hotel's storage room until check-in time. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to hotel availability. We do not arrange international flights.

I have already got the e-visa. But in the Egypt e visa portal it has mentioned that at Cairo airport immigration i need to present my E visa and an authorization letter in your company letterhead require mentioning your tourism license no and my name and passport no and my travel period with hotel names where i will stay. Can you please clarify whether you can provide the same or not ? As if I can not show this authorization letter to immigration officer at Cairo airport then the immigration officer can deny my entry . I can only book the tour after i get some positive reply from you .

When I initially booked the tour the communication response time was poor which lead me to believe I might have been scammed! Closer to departure date comms improved and I received a comprehensive itinerary. I was very relieved to have been met by the company representative (John) before passport control at Cairo airport. From then on “Vacations to go” Egypt was very good. Excellent guides and support staff, good quality and clean vehicles. We have no hiccups through the 9 day tour in terms of punctuality or bookings. Quality of the accommodation was good, however Swiss inn in Hurghada was disappointing from a food point of view and had to eat off site despite being on “all inclusive” package. The add on tours were expensive from a market related point of view but was worth it in terms of quality of vehicles and guides. Highly recommended.Show more

Our Tour guides Beepo and Mansour were excellent and always cared about making every stop work for us. We felt safe and cared for. Their knowledge of the places we visited was outstanding and made our visit so informed at each site. The Sheraton Hotel was lovely. The Nile Cruise staff were excellent however yhe room booked did not have twin beds and when we arrived we were moved to another room at the rear of the boat which was very run down and dirty. The toilet did not work well, the balcony door had to be fixed and the shower rail kept falling down when you were in the shower. Mansour tried to sort out the rooms at the start however the choices were limited as the cruise was fully booked overall the cruise was a fantastic experience.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Vacations to go travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vacations to go travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Vacations to go travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
- Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
- TourRadar is an authorized Agent of Vacations to go travel. Please familiarize yourself with the Vacations to go travel payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
