  I came as a solo female traveler and I had an excellent experience start to finish. I felt completely safe and welcome. The hospitality of the tour manager (Mac), the guides (especially Marwa and Ahmed) and the drivers (especially Hossam) cannot be understated. We did everything on the itinerary but because it was just me on this particular tour, the company was very flexible in customizing my experience. Marwa gave an outstanding tour of Old Cairo, the Alabaster Mosque, and the Egyptian museum, providing historical details that brought the artifacts to life. The GEM is incredible! Ahmed was my guide for Aswan and Abu Simbel and taught me a lot about the Nubian people. My favorite day of the trip included the sunrise hot air balloon ride, and going inside some of the tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Pure magic!

  My mother and me really enjoyed this organized trip. From the first day until the last day we felt super comfortable with our tour operator Eyad. He was available via WhatsApp and the communication worked really well. Even when suddenly there was a flight cancelled, he was available in the very early morning and helped us to get the next flight. Our guides Khaled, Yusir and Maha were also very attendant and explained a lot to us in the different cultural sites, since my mother and me are very interested in Egyptian culture and heritage. Our three guides really made the time in the temples a well informed and fun experience. And we enjoyed to be in a small group, so we could ask everything we wanted. The hotels were very nice and the accommodation highlight was the cruise ship „Royal Elite“. The staff was so polite and attendant, we were very happy with them. We can highly recommend this tour. It was really worth it. We got to know the ancient Egyptian culture and buy having our great tour guides, we could also ask a lot about Egyptian lifestyle today. Thank you so much! We are looking forward to our next trip to Egypt!

  What I liked the most about Timeless is that it really cares about customer satisfaction. Timeless is very attentive to customer needs and addresses customer complaints or issues as best as they can. The email communication is excellent. Timeless responds to questions in a prompt manner. Some travelers are cocky and whiny, but Timeless remains patient and professional. Not surprisingly, things always do not go as planned or stated in the itinerary. In such circumstances, Timeless offers upgrades, compliments, or reasonable alternatives to make us content. There is room for improvement. Some optional excursions are overly priced, additional costs that can quickly add up for a budget conscious traveller. If you choose not to join those excursions, you may have nothing to do during the day time. And you might find it uncomfortable or difficult to venture out by yourself. It would be better if Timeless can provide more affordable options or activities for those who are not joining optional excursions due to high costs, rather than leave them "stranded". Overall, I find that Timeless is a reliable and trustworthy company that provides a great package deal for the money. I've learned that Timeless is a sister company of Expat Explore Tour, which is a well-established tour agency in Europe.
