Danielle received more than she expected, and as a travel agent, we went the extra mile for her. Firstly, this tour commences in Cairo, not in Hurghada. We picked her up from Hurghada at 6 am in a private transfer and limousine to Luxor. From the moment we met in Hurghada, she complained about everything. Upon arrival on the cruise, she began complaining about trivial matters and attempted to engage other guests in her complaints. However, all the other guests were very content and thoroughly enjoying their cruise. Danielle never mentioned that she wanted a twin room, yet we provided her with an upper deck room and a twin room. So, her complaints puzzled us. Additionally, she frequently requested discounts for optional tours—not just 5% or 10%, but $50 discounts, and even asked for complimentary trips. We were taken aback by her demands for free tours. Furthermore, she seemed intent on making others on the cruise unhappy, prompting several negative comments from our guests onboard. The staff and crew also expressed dissatisfaction with her attitude and the manner in which she spoke to them.
