Please note the following facts so the record is clear: • At no time did we advertise or state that your accommodation would be the Steigenberger Pyramids Hotel. We never mentioned that hotel in our communications. If you wish, we can send screenshots of our messages showing the hotel names we provided both before and after you confirmed the booking. • We booked a 5-star Nile cruise for your group. During your stay we received no complaints from you about the cruise or the food. • Before you confirmed and before arrival we clearly stated that tipping and entrance fees are not included in the package. We also informed you that drinks, including mineral water, are not included. Please, when writing reviews, state only facts. If any part of your experience was unsatisfactory, tell us directly so we can address it. You’re right about the heat; temperatures can be extreme during certain months. For future visitors we recommend traveling early in the morning for outdoor sites, wearing light breathable clothing, using sun protection, and carrying plenty of water.
