Written on October 9th, 2026I have previously done an Egypt tour with another tour company that was similar to this one, so I can honestly say that this tour was disappointing. First, we b…Read moreTruly Egypt Tours commented on this reviewThank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to provide clear information and memorable experiences, so we would like to clarify the details of your trip for transparency: Entrance Fees & Tipping: Both before you booked and prior to your arrival, our booking terms clearly stated that entrance tickets and tipping are not included in the package base price. You reviewed and agreed to these terms prior to traveling, and our team collected the exact stated fees to cover those required site entry tickets and local service tips. Private Tour Experience: When no other travelers joined your specific dates, we provided you with private transportation and dedicated guides at no additional charge rather than canceling your departure. A private tour is typically a premium service, and we fulfilled every single site and activity on your itinerary without missing anything. Service & Atmosphere: We regret that your journey felt unsatisfactory from the initial airport pick-up. Our team and local partners made every effort to accommodate your party throughout the itinerary despite continuous complaints from the very start of your trip. We appreciate your positive words regarding our Cairo guide and will continue working closely with our hotel and cruise partners to maintain high standards for all our guests. Sincerely, - AM

We’re delighted you enjoyed having a private tour and that Eedo’s knowledge as an Egyptologist made the history engaging. We’re sorry the accommodation and cruise felt older and more tired than the photos suggested. Your feedback is important, and we’ll share it with our team as we review how we present and maintain these facilities. Thank you for travelling with us—we hope to welcome you again.
