We are planning a 7 days Nile Cruise and this option is one of our favorite. We would like to know the exact time of the Cruise because we have to arrive to Luxor from Cairo/Giza and we have to be on time to catch out flight to Italy from Luxor at 14:00 on 18 may

Day 1: Monday, May 11 – Embarkation in Luxor at 12:00 PM (East Bank). Transfer from Luxor Airport or hotel included if arriving from Cairo/Giza (most flights from CAI take ~1.5 hours; aim to arrive by 10:00 AM). Afternoon visit to Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple. Sail to Edfu overnight. Day 2-6: May 12-16 – Full days exploring Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan (High Dam, Philae Temple, optional Abu Simbel), and more. Daily excursions, meals, and onboard entertainment. Day 7: Sunday, May 17 – Disembark in Luxor at 08:00 AM (West Bank). Morning visit to Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon. Free time afterward. Day 8: Monday, May 18 – Cruise officially ends post-disembarkation on May 17, giving you a full day in Luxor. We arrange a private transfer to Luxor Airport (~20-30 min drive), ensuring arrival by 11:00 AM for your 14:00 flight to Italy. This schedule fits perfectly – you'll be off the cruise the evening before your flight with plenty of buffer time.

The tour would have been exceptional if the guide had not overcharged me as I choose to pay my entrance fees to him directly upfront instead of standing in line. I paid him $250 US but when I added up the tickets he gave me they added up to $90. I did some add on tours but with another company I found while onboard. Abu Simbel which he wanted $270 I paid $100 hot air Balloon he wanted $135 I paid $90. I did tip the drivers very well but not Ahmen. First time I’ve had anything negative with Tour Radar. Overall it was just one person that gave me a negative feeling which does stay with me. I always say 98 % of the world is made up with good people.Show more

The Nile cruise itinerary was very good. The only complaint is we arrived back in Luxor a day later than promised, causing one of group to miss out on the balloon ride. They did, however, refund her money. They were able to add two days to our itinerary so that we could see the pyramids, old Egyptian museum and the ne Grand Egyptian museum. All the guides we had we excellent, knowledgeable, and fun to tour the sights with. My biggest complaint, and the reason I gave the 4 stars, was communication with TourRadar and Truly Egypt was extremely difficult. I was traveling with a group of 10 people, and none of could get our questions answered. Thankfully, they came through and we were able to enjoy the trip together.Show more

The downside was that they were always berthed in places difficult to access - including down crumbling steps and over three boats being upgraded. There was a lift but only to three floors - not the restaurant or the sundeck. The crew were great.Show more

Transfer from Luxor Airport or hotel included if arriving from Cairo/Giza (most flights from CAI take ~1.5 hours; aim to arrive by 10:00 AM). Afternoon visit to Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple. Sail to Edfu overnight. Day 2-6: May 12-16 – Full days exploring Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan (High Dam, Philae Temple, optional Abu Simbel), and more. Daily excursions, meals, and onboard entertainment. Day 7: Sunday, May 17 – Disembark in Luxor at 08:00 AM (West Bank). Morning visit to Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon. Free time afterward. Day 8: Monday, May 18 – Cruise officially ends post-disembarkation on May 17, giving you a full day in Luxor. We arrange a private transfer to Luxor Airport (~20-30 min drive), ensuring arrival by 11:00 AM for your 14:00 flight to Italy. This schedule fits perfectly – you'll be off the cruise the evening before your flight with plenty of buffer time.
