  Our tour was quite good, satisfacory. The cruise ship Steigenberger Minerva was nice, the rooms comfortable, kind and well prepared staff, room cleaning well, overall cleaning carefully done. The sightseeing itinerary has been very satisfacory thanks to our guide Ayman who was well prepared and very meticulous to organise the tours and overall organsation. He was always in time and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Being locally born and grown up was an advantage to handle in a proper way the various expected and unexpected situations by giving us the correct suggestions and when necessary by personal intervention. That made us feel quite secure. I don't know exaclty how the tour guides and operators contract with the tour operator works but it seemed that all the operative people (guide and drivers) rely very much upon the so called " tips" given by the clients. "Tips" are not voluntary but obligatory that makes it become more a "daily service charge" and not a tip anymore. This needs to be stated more clearly by the tour operator and it has been a very negative aspect of our tour. For the rest I can say to have seen the most important sites and received the necessary historical and cultural informations regarding the sightseeing.Show more

His English was easy to understand and his knowledge was fantastic!! Over all, it was an incredible experience and we would recommend it to our friends. Also, we were fortunate to have a small group of 9 so we were in air conditioned vans which made things easy and we made 7 new friends!!Show more

Tony offered us the pick up services from Cairo nonetheless and for that we truly appreciate the extra mile they did for us. Then in Luxor, we met up with our tour guide Mahmet and manager Mac. Both of them did ensure we are well look after. We managed to absorb a lot of knowledge and the understanding of their rich history. If I can rate them, it is 10 stars out of 5Show more
