Please allow me to respond to your points. 1. You mentioned that it was not a group tour but only the two of you being passed from one guide to another. Your tour was originally scheduled as a group tour. However, because it is the summer season and bookings were lower than usual due to the FIFA World Cup period, we decided to operate your tour instead of cancelling it. This allowed you to keep your 60% discounted offer without any additional charge, while enjoying what was essentially a private experience. Regarding the different guides, this is part of our operating style. We use local licensed Egyptologist guides in each destination because they have the deepest knowledge of their own city and monuments. This gives our guests a more authentic experience. 2. You mentioned there was no welcome meeting and no clear communication. You are absolutely right that we did not arrange a welcome meeting. We had already sent the full itinerary and tour details, but we should have made it clear that there would not be a welcome meeting. We appreciate this observation and will improve this part of our service. Regarding communication, we believe we remained available throughout your trip via WhatsApp and replied to your questions within a short time. Nevertheless, we will continue working to improve our communication even further. 3. You mentioned that some guides were fantastic while others were not. We are pleased that you enjoyed some of our guides. Could you please let us know the name of the guide who did not meet your expectations and explain what happened? Your comments will help us investigate the matter and take the appropriate action. 4. You mentioned that the Nile cruise was moored alongside other boats, making it difficult to open the curtains and windows because of diesel fumes. This is unfortunately the standard docking procedure on the Nile and is managed by the local port authorities. During busy periods, nearly all cruise boats are moored side by side. While we understand this affected your comfort, it is not something that the cruise companies or tour operators can control. 5. Regarding the overnight sleeper train. The sleeper train is chosen by many travelers as a unique experience rather than a luxury journey. We also offer the option of upgrading to domestic flights between Cairo and Aswan for guests who prefer greater comfort. This option was available before departure. 6. You mentioned the Abu Simbel tour price. As discussed before your trip, I personally contacted you and explained that the group tour price was USD 125 per person. Since there was no group available on your selected date, we offered you the choice of joining a group if available or taking the tour privately for USD 160 per person with a private air-conditioned vehicle and a private guide. You chose the private option. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback.
