We would just like to clarify that the hotels mentioned within the trip program are the approved and dedicated hotels for the program, and are carefully selected according to the criteria of the category, services and location, and they also have positive ratings and opinions from a large number of our former customers who stayed there during their trips. We would also like to point out that the hotels enjoy distinctive views of the pyramids, located in excellent locations and close to the most important landmarks, so they have a high demand and are booked in advance before the date of the trip to ensure their availability within the program. Thus, the description of hotels as within the 3–4 star category reflects their approved classification, and is not intended to be at the level of 5-star hotels or to match the preferences of each traveler personally. We respect your personal preferences, of course, and we appreciate that you preferred to upgrade to other options that better suit your expectations, but we emphasize that the original hotels included in the program are not bad or inappropriate hotels, but are approved hotels for the trip, characterized by their excellent location and views of the pyramids, and have good experiences and ratings from previous guests.
