Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we understand that the rating of hotels may vary from person to person, especially with regard to personal expectations and level of accommodation. We would just like to clarify that the hotels mentioned within the trip program are the approved and dedicated hotels for the program, and are carefully selected according to the criteria of the category, services and location, and they also have positive ratings and opinions from a large number of our former customers who stayed there during their trips. We would also like to point out that the hotels enjoy distinctive views of the pyramids, located in excellent locations and close to the most important landmarks, so they have a high demand and are booked in advance before the date of the trip to ensure their availability within the program. Thus, the description of hotels as within the 3–4 star category reflects their approved classification, and is not intended to be at the level of 5-star hotels or to match the preferences of each traveler personally. We respect your personal preferences, of course, and we appreciate that you preferred to upgrade to other options that better suit your expectations, but we emphasize that the original hotels included in the program are not bad or inappropriate hotels, but are approved hotels for the trip, characterized by their excellent location and views of the pyramids, and have good experiences and ratings from previous guests. Thank you for your remark, and we hope that the rest of the details of the trip have been to your satisfaction.

Hi Smith Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We are delighted to hear that you found our guides knowledgeable and helpful throughout your journey. Providing informative and attentive service is something we take great pride in, and we will be sure to pass your kind comments on to our team. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the organization and scheduling of the tour. While we always strive to deliver the itinerary as planned, operational circumstances can occasionally require adjustments. We understand that the change to your additional Cairo stay was inconvenient, especially considering your arrival time and travel plans with a child, and we sincerely regret any frustration this caused. Regarding the tour structure, while many sightseeing activities are arranged privately, certain transportation services, cruises, flights, or optional arrangements may be shared with other travelers depending on availability and operational requirements. We apologize if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been. We also appreciate your comments regarding hotel locations and optional excursion pricing. Optional tours are priced to include transportation, coordination, assistance, and booking services, which may differ from purchasing tickets independently. We are grateful that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy your overall experience and recognized the value offered by the tour. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us continue improving our services for future travelers. Thank you for choosing to travel with us, and we wish you and your family many wonderful adventures ahead. Best regards, Egypt skyway team
