From our travel experience, if it's not communicated ahead of time, there is no food option from the open buffet that my son can have due to food allergies, to include cross contaminations. Can this be assured there will be food options for him if we upgrade to 5* hotel in Cairo which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner?

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
