While entry timings to the GEM can sometimes be subject to operational scheduling, we completely understand your concerns. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your desert camping experience and found the guide there exceptional. It’s also great to know that your Nile cruise guide provided a knowledgeable and personalized experience, and that you appreciated the crew and certain aspects of the cruise. At the same time, we fully understand your concerns regarding the feeling of “constant selling” during parts of the trip. This is not something we want our guests to feel, and we will work on minimizing such experiences moving forward. Regarding transportation, we sincerely apologize for the delays and any unprofessional behavior you encountered, as well as for the poor condition of the sleeper train. These issues do not reflect our service standards, and your feedback will be escalated to the relevant suppliers for strict follow-up. We would also like to clarify that we had offered you a complimentary upgrade to a domestic flight instead of the train to ensure more comfort; however, you preferred to proceed with the train option. Overall, we regret that the communication challenges and transportation issues impacted your experience. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and helps us improve our services.
