I have another tour planned in milos on 18th Aug. Would I be able to get off boat on 18th before it ends in santorini so I can self arrange ferry to milos

If you are joining the departure for 10 August to 19 August. This means 18 will be day 9 of the tour. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an early departure from the sailing tour. The route and overnight stops are flexible and are determined by the skipper based on weather and sailing conditions, so the yacht is not scheduled to be at a specific island or ferry port on Day 9.

Does shared room mean our couple will share the same room with another couple?

On our sailing Greece tours we have 5 twin/double bed cabins with en suite or shared facilities. You may select an Ensuite cabin option Or there is an option for a shared bathroom cabin (Where the bathroom is not attached to the cabin and it is shared with the skipper - Still would have your own cabin for sleeping). If there is two travellers you will be in your own cabin.

Why should I pay extra for food that I m going to cook by myself?

The tour does not include meals in the itinerary, and it is asked that you bring USD 340-445 for meals not included, to buy food during your stops on the Islands. Basic items on board will be covered by a food kitty of about USD 80 per person, such as fruits etc. Some nights it will be asked that you all cook as a group on board as well.

No, we have different routes that include different islands. No, this is our biggest sailboat. Maximum capacity of 10 people. We do have a tour from Athens to Santorini (then the same route Santorini to Athens), and Athens to Mykonos (then the same route Mykonos to Athens)

The cabins are twin-share, so if you book for you and your partner on the same booking you will be rooming together.

Here are the insurance requirements: MANDATORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH A MINIMUM MEDICAL, EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION COVERAGE OF US$200,000 covering all applicable dates of travel with the Tour Operator. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses.

Hence we discovered sailing as a new hobby for us, and Adam has been wetting our appetite for more such trips, as he has been an excellent guide and knowledgeable mentor.   Space is limited on the boat and especially in your cabin. You can only take soft sided luggage on board, such as a mid-sized backpack or soft duffel bag. (Less than is 15kgs). Suitcases are not appropriate for our Sailing adventures as they are not pliable enough to fit into the niches available for luggage. If you need to store your larger suitcase you can ask to store this at your hotel in Santorini if you are staying there prior to departure.

For tours departing after October 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
