The cruise staff: impeccable treatment. Very friendly everyone. The food was very good; we loved the breakfast! -The guide, Ahmed, we also liked very much: Ahmed has an unbeatable level of Spanish, he knows a lot and his explanations are very clear, detailed and relevant. He also helped us to take beautiful pictures and was very patient when we took a long time to take pictures or explore the surroundings. We highly recommend him! -Our experience on this cruise was, all in all, extremely positive, the only thing we would like to draw attention to is the organization of the schedules. On the one hand, all the boats sail more or less at the same times, that is, they all arrive together at the same temples... especially at the temple of Edfu, we had to queue for an hour, at 5 am, before the temple opens at 5 am together with so many other boats and all their tourists... basically: the question of getting up every day at three or four in the morning, and fighting with all those crowds, makes the schedule very heavy and in the end you end up not enjoying anything. I understand that in summer it is necessary to try to be at the temple early, but in autumn/winter it does not seem to me that it is essential not to go to a temple at noon or three in the afternoon. Temples for the most part are small and an hour and a half or two hours at 28° is completely bearable. So maybe I would look at changing the route and organizing the schedule so that you don't have to be leaving for excursions at five in the morning and try not to coincide with the vast majority of boats, because fighting the crowds gets extremely tiresome. That's my only negative comment I really don't know how much depends on the ship and how much depends on the agency. Either way, I completely recommend this cruise and this agency. It's advisable to arrive in Aswan before 12 noon to accommodate the full itinerary; however, if an earlier time isn't available, arriving at 6 pm is also suitable. You can visit Aswan's landmarks on the second day if you choose not to join the optional Abu Simbel tour. Please note that the tour concludes at 14:30 PM in Luxor on 2nd October, so you'll want to plan your departure accordingly.
