In regards to the air conditioning on board your Gulet, as these are traditional Turkish Gulet boats it is rare to find air conditioning in the cabins of these boats.     I am interested in the 10 Day Wonders of Turkey package and would like to clarify a few details before booking: For the tour starting on September 13, should I plan to arrive in Turkey on that day, or is it recommended to arrive one or two days earlier? If I arrive one or two days earlier, will you still offer pick-up service? Upon arrival, how will I find the guide who is picking us up? Will the communication be through international phone calls or WhatsApp?

Please note that airport transfer is available on the 1st day of the tour for flights landing in Istanbul between 5:00am and 11:30pm. If you come a day earlier and wish to have the transfer as well, you may booked pre-night accommodation with us. If you choose to book Pre-Accommodation with us, the airport transfer will then be available 24 hours. Once your flights are booked, we kindly ask you to forward us your flight details. We will then provide you with full instructions on how to meet our representative at the airport.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Talk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Travel Talk will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Travel Talk" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
