  I have clients that want to do this tour but we are not clear on the accommodation. They are interested in the Double/Twin/Family B&B (Minimum 2 passengers) Private room. It says "Per person in a shared room for 2 or more people." Could they be put with other people? It says "Price shown does not include accommodation and the customer is responsible for paying the accommodation provider directly." What's the cost of the accommodation? when you add the accommodation option to the basket, the price does goes up, so what is that for, and what is the extra cost? they need to know the cost of the accommodation add.

    Accommodation is not included in the tour price as we prefer to let you choose exactly what kind of accommodation you want, depending on your budget. Could you please let us know your preference among those following options:
    
    For Portree:
    Youth Hostel: Bed in a dormitory room from £30 to £40 per person per night (female, male or mixed dorms)
    Bed & Breakfast: From £70 to £110 per person per night for a shared room (double, twin, or family rooms). From £100 to £150 per night for single occupancy (single room).
    Hotel: From £90+ per person per night per person per night based on two people sharing, solo occupancy from £150+
    
    Please note that all accommodation costs depend on availability and season. Also, please be advised that most B&B accommodation providers only accept cash payments and do not accept debit/credit cards as method of payment.
    
    Once we have this information from you, we are happy to reserve your accommodation for you if you wish. We make your reservation for you, and you pay for the accommodation directly when you arrive. Your guide will take you to the accommodation and collect you the following day.

  I nottice that when confirming dates there is the tour only and select accomodation options. However, in the accomodation options there is a legend that says that prices does not include accomodation. If selected, does it include the accomodation for the first night of the tour?

    There are two options available regarding accommodation on this tour. The first is tour only (without accommodation) in which you opt to book your own accommodation. The second is tour with accommodation. This includes our accommodation booking service in which we arrange the accommodation for you. However, it does not include the cost of the accommodation itself as this will be paid directly to the accommodation provider when you arrive on your first night.

  Is it possible to add an extra night of accommodation on 10th April?

    It would not be able to add an additional night of accommodation on to this tour. This is a two-day tour, which will depart Portree, the location of the overnight stop, in the morning on the second day of the tour. If the traveller wishes to stay in Portree for an additional night, they would need to book their own accommodation. As we would not be returning to Portree on the second day of the tour, they would either need to remain in Portree that morning, and not leave with the tour, or make their own way back to Portree.
