  Tom was an exceptional trip manager during the Croatia Island Sail. Everyday went smoothly thanks to his management and organisation - but this wasn’t the exceptional bit. He took opportunities to go above and beyond for everyone when it was required. If you need help shopping, finding a location, recommendations, and even when you’re unwell he’ll take care of it. If his name pops up on your tour, have full confidence that you’re in good hands!!Show more

He wanted the best for everyone on our tour, and always ensured we had options if we weren’t too sure about a specific activity.   From creating PowerPoints to tell us about the history & culture of the country to creating daily itinerary sheets that had clickable links (the first time I’ve ever seen this!), Tom always put the extra mile in. He was welcoming from the minute I stepped on board & made me have the best trip and one I will continue to talk about for years (despite me being a clutz and injuring myself).
