  Mixed bag. Great guide Abdul in Marakesh, spoiled by guest who was insulting to guide, guests etc. Seemed to think the tour was for him only! Casablanca tour guide was aggressive et al, didnt allow for photos. English guide at Mosque never happened Train booking for Tangier was poorly handled. You had our booking 3 months ago, yet driver was trying to buy tickets the afternoon before. train was 6 hours later than plan so we missed out on Caves of Hercules & more. Blamed football! Again you knew that months ago. Similarly two of hotels were changed so confusion and one of them didn't have our booking initially. While not you fault one of guests a doctor was disrepectful in numerous ways. At one stage said 'I'm a doctor, you need to respect me!!' Great guide in Fez. Saiid.   Tempus fugit…as if it was just last year but it was in 2021. During the height of the pandemic, when freedom of movement was scary and macabre,(people dying left & right) with imposed health restrictions. This tour was supposed to be a group tour but I guessed I was the only lunatic person traveling…the “lone ranger”. Yes, I was alone traveling to the important tourist destinations in Morocco, with me was the tour manager, Issam & the driver, Moncef they worked with “Discover Morocco”. They’re great guys. I think the only minor issues I’d is the hotel in Marrakech, I’d problem turning off the tv, I called the front desk no one came and one of the local guide brought me to area where they process a leather jackets, horrible smell, I almost puke. Overall, I’d a great time.Show more

  Tour was made up of hotel transfers and local city tours, not one tour guide and bus/van driver throughout the entire tour. It wasn't clear at some hotels which driver/tour van you were supposed to go with, as there were many tours vans coming and going at some of the hotels. Some of the tour guides were very pushing about tips, which I found very disappointing; especially when one of the guides didn't take us to half of the places on the itinerary. It is also like a hop on hop off type tour. People were joining and leaving in different cities, which made the tour interesting.Show more

  The guide through the Marakesh market was rude and dismissive. Left 3 of us without telling us where he was only to find out he had gone to lunch!! He got upset with me when he found out I had shopped without him the day before. Walked about 50 feet ahead of me when leading me out so I could meet the driver. The other tour guides were fine. I love Morocco, had been before but enjoyed the second trip. Hotels were ok but, in general, old with average bathrooms. The one in Tangier had ants!Show more

  Poorly organized. We reached Marrakech and there was no contact from the Tour Company giving us any details or briefings about the Tour. Every day I had to hunt them down for my itinerary. In Casablanca, the driver left us at the hotel only to find out there were no bookings. At that point, I thought we were scammed. One of our tour members spoke Arabic, and he had to hunt down the tour company for an hour to sort out our bookings. Unlike my Egypt Tour, they didn't have a fixed tour guide for the full tour. So they were sourcing out each day to a different local tour company in that area and that created havoc and lots of issues.Show more

  Where do I begin, this tour was really great what made it great was Issam and Foaud. They were the best, they made me feel like I was a queen. All the tour guides in each City that I went to were phenomenal. Casablanca , (Abdo) Chefchaouen (Muhammad), Tanger (Hamid)and the other tour guides. They're very knowledgeable, great sense of humor,Great hearts and personalities, let's not forget that they're always smiling 😊 When I got to Chefchaouen, Abdo, Issam & Fouad went out of their way to give me the best birthday ever 🎉. I highly, highly recommend this tour so you can get these great guys and make your trip as memorable as mine has been 💕Show more
