An absolute Whirlwind. There's a lot of early mornings and long coach rides. However, if you want to hit the major spots in Europe this trip will do it for you. I would recommend doing as many of the optional experiences as you can as it does make the trip even better. Also, be prepared for some walking. Overall I enjoyed myself.Show more

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to read that you enjoyed your experience and found the itinerary a great way to visit many of Europe’s major highlights. We appreciate your honest comments regarding the early starts, longer coach journeys and amount of walking involved. We understand that a comprehensive itinerary can be fast paced, and your observations will be helpful to future travellers when considering the pace and nature of the journey. It is also great to read that you found the Optional Experiences to be a valuable addition and would recommend taking part in as many as possible. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

A family trip of a lifetime! Really could not fault the experience and the seamlessness of the trip. From riding a wooden back taxi like a celebrity on the Grand Canal in Venice, to summiting Mt Pilatus in Switzerland, and being stage side at the Moulin Rouge, every experience was five star. My difficult to impress tweens loved every minute. Kevin was a thoroughly knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide - even the longer coach days were fun and a great chance to relax. Can’t wait for our next trip !Show more

The tour itself was interesting and enjoyable. There should be more transparency about approximately how much free time is available in each city. The big negative for me was the tour director made some racially targetted comments about Indians which were not appropriate in any day or age. I am highly disappointed that I have paid thousands of dollars to be on this tour and had to listen to people of my race being mocked and belittled by the person leading the tour. The comments weren't targeted at me but still targetted at people of my ethnicity. Why am I being made to feel inferior because of my ethnicity? Disgraceful behaviour. I would recommend this tour but not the tour director we had.Show more

Recently embarked on the Trafalgar whirlwind European tour and, wow, what a journey it was! This tour's a brilliant pick for those who like ticking off all the major European highlights in one go. From the romantic streets of Paris to the historic allure of Rome, we covered all of the iconic sights. It's a bit of a sprint, though, so brace yourself for a fast-paced adventure. This might be a tad challenging for the folks who prefer a more leisurely pace or have some mobility concerns. Our guide, Brendan, was an absolute legend – knowledgeable, engaging, and always on the ball. He brought the stories of Europe alive with his insights. If you're up for a comprehensive European experience, this tour's the ticket. Just pack your best walking shoes!Show more

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are thrilled that our Travel Director was able to provide you with such an excellent experience during your time in Europe. We recognise that no one knows how to create a better experience for our guests than our dedicated Travel Directors, and we are happy that their professionalism shined throughout your trip and helped you and all our valuable guests in making it such a memorable trip. We recognise that our European Whirl may seem a little more fast-paced than our other itineraries; however, exploring so many captivating destinations in a snapshot of time can be quite an adventure, and we always strive to include the perfect amount of time at each location for some in-depth discovery. We are, without a doubt, happy to have been given the opportunity to host you with Trafalgar, and we hope to welcome you back to travel with us again soon.
