Dear Emily We have received the report from the supplier, as you know currently due to the pandemic that we are going through, there are many places that are about to open, unfortunately the state of Tabasco has not given the museum the green light to open its doors on a regular basis, although constantly monitors the information, it may open from one moment to another without prior notice, for this reason, on their travel dates, this visit option was not available, however the provider offered them an alternate visit to compensate for this visit, which was the visit to the Roberto Barrios waterfalls. As for the hotel, the type of room that you reserved through tourradar was on a double basis, tourradar offered before starting your trip to change from a double room to two single rooms at a different cost than which you only confirmed for your last stay. While you were at the destination, you requested two double rooms so the rate was modified, unfortunately Tourradar nor we could make adjustments since your reservation had been closed. For that reason, you had to pay the hotels directly for the other room. We suggest you check the status of your reservation to avoid confusion. Please keep safe & healthy. Payment information

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
