  Wait until you get to Morocco to book this exact tour. This company through Tour Radar and other online bookers are just shell companies. They charge 3 times more than what the cost actually is. On top of that, they didn't give the tour company enough money to put me in a room with a bathroom during the desert safari. Shameful.Show more

  This company is keeping more of the money than it's giving to the tour company. To add insult to injury, Tour Radar didn't give the operator Bamba enough money to at least put me in a suite with a bathroom on the desert overnight. Shameful. This tour operator charges three times the price of what you can get in Morocco. This same tour is $75 and you can buy when in Morocco at short notice too.Show more

  The tour was well worth the money. Lots of driving but you got to see a lot of the countryside. The camel ride was a little disappointing as it was only about 30 mins and they didn't do the sunrise camel tour but it was at 5am so not overly phased by that. I also selected the private room option and that was provided for each night. It was worth the pennies I paid.Show more

  Firstly, I did not have time to experience activities in the desert except two camel rides. Secondly, they did not stop at Erg Chebbi as stated in the itinerary. Thirdly, they stopped at Ouarzazate for 10 minutes only and it was said to be a toilet stop. A total waste of this important city. Fourthy, in a more detailed document sent after you have confirmed the tour, it was said that there would be toilet and shower facilities in the camp. But finally there were no such facilities. Fiftly, in another detailed document they sent, it was said that we would have a chance to bath in a hotel in the morning of day 3. But finally we were not offered this chance. Sixthly, the van's door was not locked and everyone left. The driver did not have enough sense of security.Show more

  The worst tour when it comes to organization. -driver was late picking us up at the hotel, then he drove to a different hotel and told us to get out and go into a different bus/van. -In the morning on the 2nd day we were told that we will be leaving the bus we were on and joining a different bus for the rest of our 4 day adventure we booked. After eating lunch, was told to sit and wait for the group we will be joining for the rest of our trip. Communication was awful. Was left just sitting there with all our bags for 2+hours not knowing where or who our group was and when they would be leaving. Eventually made it on the bus, but not able to sit with my wife for the rest of the day. Driver didnt know who or what Bamba Experience or Tourradar is. -Got dropped off at the worst hotel ever, and there wasnt even enough rooms for everyone there. Toilets didnt flush, floors and beds dirty, no towels for shower. No hot water for some. Sleeping on the bus wouldve been a better option -Told to be ready at 7am the next morning. Bus didnt show up until 8:30am. -Stopped in some town. Took us on a tour to nowhere. Had us hop over a river, (difficult for some), just to hop back over it 2 seconds later. -Was told we had 1 hour at this stop. Bus driver finally came back after 2.5 hours. -Every bathroom stop was over 30mins. -Was late arriving to everything -Was told there would be a fire camping the 3rd night. It lasted only 10mins before everyone left because they had no wood. People living there didnt even know how to make/start the fire, a person from our group had to do it. -On Day 4 there was 2 buses. 1 going to Marrakech and 1 going somewhere else. No one knew this and caused another 1+hour delay. -When we got back to Marrakech it was 8pm. -No driver to drop us off at your hotel/riad. Driver of bus had no idea what we were talking about. -There was no breakfasts at any of the locations. -All the lunch stops gave us the same food menus. Had to venture out with others away from the group during lunch to get something different and not overpriced to tourist. -All the dinners was the same food. Very disappointing. The best part about the trip was the camel rides to/from the desert and meeting all the other people in the group from about 15 different countries talking about how awful this tour is put together. What you say is included is not true and didnt stop at all the places listed on the itinerary because of late bus driver. Would not recommend the 3night/4day tour to anyone unless they love disorganized and sloppy work. I could keep going on and on about how bad this was put together. Definitely not worth anywhere near the price we paid for this. Also found out from others in the group that everyone seemed to play a different price, very strange. Show more

  The tour was really disorganized. I found out the name of our riad when we came to Marrakesh an I asked the Happiness team to let the local tour operator know of our riad. However, on the day of our departure, we had to call the tour company to have them pick us up and they weren't even aware that we were supposed to attend the tour or that we actually paid online. There needs to be better communication between Bamba and the local tour company.Show more
