I can't think of any way it could have been improved. The combination of all the amazing activities ( biking, zipline, water rafting ) all were planned quite well. I had one of the best time of my life and all credit goes to Bamba experience for this. They really stood up to their words.

The hotel stay, the excellent tour guide, the transportation and of course the meals they provided all were up to our expectations. Despite being an adventurous tour which involves lot of physical activity ,they organised it very smoothly. Every time before heading to a location our tour guide used to share every bit of information about the place. With this tour guide and along with other group travelers our journey was full of fun.

Bamba experience covers it all.The difficult part in travelling to the countries like Mexico is the language barrier,but Bamba arranges English speaking tour leader throughout the itinerary. Needless to say that the tour guides at Bamba are extremely experienced and very helpful. The accommodation arrangement was pleasant . The meals provided to us was as per our requirement. It was the most amazing trip ever.. It was hard, but the magic moment when machu picchu showed up, made us forget the steps up and down and up again.. Our guide, Junior was amazing.. The trek was tough yet fulfilling. Junior was patient with all my questions and pace on the uphill. We had an amazing cook, Victoriano, that fed us delicious nutritious meals along the way that made a huge difference. Thank you Bamba Cusco too for all the arrangements and support.
This was a great experience, Malta offers a lot of great places, historic sites, beautiful beaches and you like night life, there’s a tons of bars and restaurants you can choose from.

Overnight during the first night and issue with a branch from a neighbour’s tree hitting our roof in strong winds which developed but dealt with satisfactorily the next morning

Didn’t actually go on this trek as the route has been closed due to poor weather, something to be aware of if you’re planning on going during the rainy season. Was rebooked on a different tour (the 4d…Didn’t actually go on this trek as the route has been closed due to poor weather, something to be aware of if you’re planning on going during the rainy season. Was rebooked on a different tour (the 4d/3n jungle adventure tour), at the last minute, which was stressful and a bit confusing. Information was a little hard to get until I got to the Bamba offices in Cusco City. Once it was all sorted out, the experience was amazing, and the Bamba staff were very helpful. Our guide, Junior, was amazing and went out of his way to make sure were were having fun and were well looked after.

Never felt unsafe and our tour guide Junior always made us feel comfortable. Junior has has been amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about everything, has the kindest soul and always tried to accommodate everyone’s needs. I definitely recommend this tour and Junior as the guide. Trust me and you will not regret it!
Since my friend and I did the 4 (instead of 5) day Salkantay trek, Junior was our second guide as off the 3rd day. He picked us up on time from the meeting point and brought our luggage to our room. He picked us up on time from the meeting point and brought our luggage to our room. Our next day and last day, was THE big and exciting visit to Machu Pichu. Junior accompanied us by bus in the mornig and gave us the historic background on top the sit. He told us where to go, handed over the return bus and train tickets and then left us at 10 o'clock to roam around on our own. We were very surprised and even more disappointed since he didn't accompany on the Machu Picchu site....after all it was the epidamy of our whole visit to Peru ! We even feel cheated, since we paid dearly for a 4 day trek and the last one was just a farce. For all that matters, he also could have talked about the history in the restaurant the night before and just given us us the bus tickets.
We're still quite upset about this. All the more since we couldn't help notice that most people had all the explications on the site, wile enjoying a fully guided tour.....meanwhile, we were just wandering around....
BUT, our first guide, Niko, was absolutely great. 5 stars for his excellent care and attention. He even got in touch after in order to ask us about our MP visit. He was surprised also and assured us that he ALWAYS accompanies his groups.
Such a shame we didn't have him for our last day !

The camel ride was a little disappointing as it was only about 30 mins and they didn't do the sunrise camel tour but it was at 5am so not overly phased by that. I also selected the private room option and that was provided for each night. It was worth the pennies I paid.
