What people love about Grand Canyon Tours
- Grand Canyon and More 3 day tour
The Tour was excellent, we follow our guide and see the beautiful cliff, rivers,... I recommand this tour, and this commercial tour ! Thank you
- Grand Canyon and More 3 day tour
I did the 3 day Grand Canyon and more tour over NYE 20/21. It was packed full of fantastic places to go to and see. I was initially concerned it wouldn’t be as good because of covid restrictions but it hardly effected the trip. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and was always happy to help! Would definitely book again.
- Grand Canyon and More 3 day tour
Well planned tour with beautiful vistas along the way. Navajo Reservation with authentic lunch and native guide was superb. Helicopter ride over Grand Canyon was another highlight. Zion National Park, Monument Valley, and Horseshoe Bend were breathtaking. Food and accommodations adequate. Small bus was a bit tight. We only had 7 on the tour. If the vehicle was filled to capacity (14) it would have been too uncomfortable due to all the driving. We covered over 1100 miles in 3 days. Tour guide was knowledgeable and patient but talked too much about non-related topics which inhibited our ability to enjoy the ride at times. Would recommend this tour as it was well organized and guest comfort was always a priority.

For those who want to dig deeper on foot, specialized hiking tours offer intimate canyon experiences. The South Kaibab Trail serves as an excellent introduction, descending Cedar Ridge's spine with expansive views dropping off on both sides. More ambitious hikers can tackle the Bright Angel Fault route, where guides explain the fascinating geological formations while you descend to picnic spots with unmatched canyon vistas. A favorite among our experienced hikers is the historic Grandview Trail, following Pete Berry's original 1800s mining route. These walking tours typically run 3-4 days and include stays at either the historic El Tovar or quality lodges near the rim, with evening meals timed to catch the sunset colors painting the canyon walls.

See all Coach / Bus toursOur most popular Grand Canyon tours run 3 days and keep groups small at 14 people max, giving you room to really connect with these incredible landscapes. Starting at Zion National Park, you'll see white and pink Navajo sandstone cliffs where you can pick walks that match how active you want to be - from easy walks to Emerald Pools or more challenging paths if you're up for it. The highlight for many is heading out with Navajo guides in 4x4s through Monument Valley; it's a $75 value but the cultural insights you get make it worth so much more. Our customers love how the guides mix geology facts with local stories and the way stops are timed just right to catch the light changing on the canyon walls.

"Booked this as part of our honeymoon, and honestly, it made our trip! We had so much fun and saw some unforgettable sights. The tour was so enjoyable that we were saying we should have booked an even longer one because three days felt too short! A big part of what made the trip such a great one was our guide, Joe Rickertsen, who was friendly, knowledgeable and all around fun to hang out with. We learned so much and loved our interactions with him. If given the option, we'd definitely choose him to be our guide again for our future tours!

"My son and I had a great hiking adventure on the Sedona tour! The scenery was stunning, the hikes were fun! Tolman was an excellent guide, who was very knowledgeable about the area, he had great hiking tips, and he picked some enjoyable challenging hikes for us! He was also an excellent cook! He prepared us some great meals! His positive outlook on everything helped the group of strangers on the trek quickly bond which led us all to have a great hiking experience!

Our most popular 3-day tours combine the must-see sites with unique cultural experiences. You'll start at Oak Creek Canyon, winding through red rock country to reach Sedona's distinctive formations like Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. The tours then head to Monument Valley, where Navajo guides lead jeep excursions through the valley, sharing stories of their ancestral lands. What makes these tours special is the timing - you'll catch Horseshoe Bend at sunset and explore Antelope Canyon when the light filtering through the rock creates incredible patterns. Our travelers particularly praise the guides' knowledge of local history and geology, with many mentioning how the small group size of 14 people makes it feel more personal. These shorter tours work well for those wanting to maximize their time, though some customers note it can feel fast-paced.

What makes these tours special is the authentic touch; you'll share meals with Navajo hosts in Monument Valley and explore the ancient cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde. Our guests love that we stay two nights in key spots like Lake Powell and Arches National Park, where you can check out over 6,000 natural sandstone arches without feeling rushed.

Demographics
Solo travelers particularly enjoy our small-group tours that blend independence with built-in companionship. The 3-day Sedona to Monument Valley routes are especially popular, with guests praising how the intimate group size lets them really connect with fellow adventurers while exploring. Our travelers love the mix of structured activities like Navajo-guided jeep tours and free time to wander Sedona's art galleries or catch sunset at Horseshoe Bend. The guides make sure everyone feels included, whether you're hiking Oak Creek Canyon or photographing Antelope Canyon's light beams. These tours include comfortable lodging at places like the Clarion Inn Page, where solo travelers can easily meet up with their group for dinner.
Our couples tours through Canyon Country mix active exploration with quiet moments together. You'll share sunset views at the Grand Canyon and enjoy dinner at the historic El Tovar Hotel - it's got this wonderful old-world charm that our guests really love. Most couples go for the 3-7 day trips that take you along Monument Valley's remote roads, where you'll taste traditional Navajo fry bread and later do some serious stargazing at Lake Powell. We've picked hotels right by the park entrances, so you can focus on the good stuff like hiking Bright Angel Trail or exploring those amazing curved walls in Antelope Canyon together.
Young adults really click with our 3-day tours - they're quick enough to fit into limited vacation time but packed with real experiences. You'll start on Zion's trails where you pick your own challenge level and then head to Lake Powell where Horseshoe Bend makes for incredible photos. Many travelers add on Monument Valley jeep rides or Grand Canyon helicopter flights for extra excitement. Our guests in their 20s and 30s tell us they love how we mix guided activities with free time to hang out with new friends. Nights are usually in spots like Page Arizona where everyone tends to get together for dinner and trade stories about their day on the trails.
Winter's our sweet spot for senior travelers - the parks are quieter and temps stay mild. We keep things comfortable with roomy vans and plenty of scenic stops to break up the driving. Our guides Mike and Roberto are pros at adapting to different mobility needs while getting everyone to the best photo spots. Most folks really like how we combine Monument Valley's 4x4 tours with easier walks along the Grand Canyon rim. The hotels we use are picked for their good locations and easy access with elevators, and you can always choose which activities suit you best.
For families looking to spark a love of nature in their kids, our Western tours deliver those perfect memory-making moments. One favorite starts in Las Vegas before heading to Zion National Park where kids can earn their junior ranger badges while exploring paved trails perfect for all ages. Parents tell us their children love the Lake Powell boat ride and learning about geology from guides who make science fun. The real highlight comes at Monument Valley, where families spend the night in traditional Navajo hogans after listening to folk stories around the campfire. Another popular option includes Bryce Canyon's unique hoodoo formations - those oddly-shaped spires never fail to capture young imaginations. These family-specific tours typically run 3-8 days and include picnic lunches with canyon views plus hotels with pools where kids can unwind after active days.

Our spring tours open up new possibilities with temperatures that let you stay out longer and really get those perfect photos. The 3-day route combining Zion and the Grand Canyon's South Rim is a customer favorite - you'll spend good time at Emerald Pools trail and the Temple of Sinawava, plus get authentic experiences with Navajo hosts in Monument Valley. The 4x4 jeep tours are especially nice in spring; the desert comes alive with patches of wildflowers and the morning light is great for photos. If you're into photography, think about adding Antelope Canyon to your trip - spring brings these amazing light beams that create those signature canyon shots everyone loves.

Autumn's mild weather and rich colors make it ideal for exploring canyon country. Our popular 3-day autumn route takes you from Sedona's red rocks through Monument Valley and also Antelope Canyon. You'll drive the winding 2,000-foot Oak Creek Canyon descent when the trees show their fall colors and have time to explore Sedona's galleries and Native craft shops. In Monument Valley, Navajo guides share stories about autumn's significance in their culture while Antelope Canyon's afternoon light creates deep oranges and purples in the rock walls. The Valley of Fire stop is timed perfectly - that late autumn sun really brings out the red in those ancient sandstone formations.

- Winter 2025 / 2026
Winter brings a special magic to the Grand Canyon, with smaller crowds and crisp air that makes those vast views even clearer. Our 3-day winter tours from Las Vegas are particularly popular, running with intimate groups of 12-13 people. Customers love how the guides adjust the route based on conditions - if snow limits visibility at one viewpoint, they'll find another perfect spot. The Monument Valley jeep tours feel extra special in winter, when you might catch those towering buttes dusted with snow. According to recent travelers, the lodging options keep you cozy on cold nights and the picnic lunches are hearty enough to fuel your exploration. While some hiking trails may be icy, the guides know exactly which paths are safe and scenic in winter conditions.
