Is the National Parks Winter Tour a guaranteed departure? Or is there a minimum group size for departure?

All tours are guaranteed departures and we have only 4 seats left on the Dec 22nd. This tour will sell out. We offer an any day departure for groups of 8 or more paid seats, that doesn't mean there has to be 8 guests in your party, it just means you have to pay for a minimum of 8 paid seats to have a fully private adventure.

Is there a single supplement I can pay for my own room?

Yes. While booking, please book for 1 traveler and the price will adjust automatically.

Can you we have a room for 3 please as we are travelling with a child? Can you advise how much time is spent on the minibus

Each room contracted has 2 queen beds in it. You should be prepared for 2-4 hours driving between locations each day. Note that we have a minimum age of 7 years old for children joining this tour.

How much traveling is involved each day on this tour?

While the tour travels over many miles, each day is broken up between tour stops and frequent rest stops to stretch your legs or use the restroom. Our tour offers walking and hiking opportunities with options for different abilities. Your tour guide will help you choose a walk/hike that suits your abilities and interests.

Could the tour be extended to include a stay on the night of December 15th at the pickup hotel? A standard room with two queen beds would be suitable. Instead of being dropped off at the Palms on the 18th, would it be possible to arrange drop-off at a hotel on the Strip, such as the Aria?

We do not help with pre- or post-accommodations. Pick up and drop off is only at the Palms hotel. There are plenty of taxis and share rides to get from hotel to hotel.

Our tour was full at 13 guests, we all got along so great. The eatery was great, information from our guide was the best (we were well educated on the areas we visited) and the guide provided a perfect amount of quiet tie to enjoy the drives. Joel & The Bindlestiff team put together a memorable, informative and most enjoyable 3 day tour of the canyons. The time in the vehicle between the canyons and stops may have been long but Joel made sure we had enough rest stops to stretch our legs. He used the time in vehicle to share his wealth of knowledge and experience of the area and we felt it added significantly to the experience. It is alot of driving but completely worth it to see the spectacular sights. The accommodations booked for each night were more than comfortable, with great amenities and close proximity to resturants for the evening meal. The staff at each hotel were friendly and happy to help in any way. (my son left a parcel at our 1st hotel and due to the distances we travel, we could not return to collect it, but the hotel made a plan and sent it to our final desitination before flying home). The food was plenty and very tasty, the stand out lunch was definately the fry bread taco at Goulding's Stage Couch diner. The itinerary was amazing and covered everything and so much more. The stop for lunch on day 1 in Seligman and the historic Route 66 was fantastic. Having conversations with the townfolk (super friendly) and walking the streets was very enjoyable and so many opportunities for photos. We did the optional Helicopter ride and would highly recommend it to give you a view of the Grand Canyon that is unparalleled. That 1st sight of the Grand Canyon takes your breath away. The sunrise on day 2 from the north rim of the Grand Canyon was emotional and breathtaking. As you drive with a guide through the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park later that day, you are transported back in time and Stephen our guide brought its history and people to life. Ending the day with sunset at Horshoe Bend gave me goosbumps and stunning photos, along with significant memories made. One of the highlights was walking through Antelope Canyon with our guide on the morning of day 3, it was mesmerising and we were awestruck by its beauty. The time spent in Zion National Park was exhilarating, we enjoyed lunch and then hiked to the Emerald Pools all the while enjoying the majestic mountains surrounding us. Photos do not fully capture the grandure and the majesty of Zion Canyon. All the while, Joel is exoanding our knowledge and minds with information about all the places we visted or even just drove past. I canot recommend this tour enough, if you can only choose one tour to do on your holiday, you have to do this one with Joel.Show more

  All tours are guaranteed departures and we have only 4 seats left on the Dec 22nd. This tour will sell out. We offer an any day departure for groups of 8 or more paid seats, that doesn't mean there has to be 8 guests in your party, it just means you have to pay for a minimum of 8 paid seats to have a fully private adventure.

  Can I ask if I can request a dropoff at Harry Reid International Airport instead? If yes, what time would you be able to drop me off at the airport?

  We do not provide individual drop-offs for this tour. No deviations to the route upon return will be made. We cannot drop you off at the airport. However, it is only a quick 10 minute rideshare or taxi ride from the Palms.

  Each room contracted has 2 queen beds in it. You should be prepared for 2-4 hours driving between locations each day. Note that we have a minimum age of 7 years old for children joining this tour.

Our tour offers walking and hiking opportunities with options for different abilities. Your tour guide will help you choose a walk/hike that suits your abilities and interests.

Could the tour be extended to include a stay on the night of December 15th at the pickup hotel? A standard room with two queen beds would be suitable. Instead of being dropped off at the Palms on the 18th, would it be possible to arrange drop-off at a hotel on the Strip, such as the Aria?

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
