    Asked on November 22nd, 2023

I am 73, in reasonable shape. But I use a small portable mobility scooter on walks due to a spatial disorientation syndrome. 15 kg. It folds flat and is easy to transport. Will go on all terrain except for gravel. I require a hotel room without stairs. Can you accommodate me on this trip?

    Asked on April 21st, 2022

Are hotels 3 star? 4 star? Is there opportunity to visit Lord of the Rings filming locations? We do not eat pork. Is this an issue (e.g. at the BBQ)?

    Tour Details
    • AAT KingsOperatorWritten April 2022

All hotels are 3-4* accommodation. This tour visits many locations that were shot for the Lord of the Rings movies. If you are asking specifically about Hobbiton, the tour does not allow for time for this excursion. If you are interested in Hobbiton, we recommend booking an extra night in Auckland and booking the excursion separately on that last day of the tour. For not eating pork, this won't be an issue. The tour can cater to dietary requirements.
