We ended up bookings private tour with my family of five. Trip500 was incredibly accommodating and tailoring the tour exactly to our needs. Right from the start it was organized to perfections. They picked us up at the airport and all the agreed pick up times and schedules fit perfectly. Nasser our driver also accommodated all of our needs for us and our CB listen perfectly. All the hotels were incredible and met exactly our expectations. We had a jeep and camel ride included which could have been a bit longer, however, due to the limited time we had was definitely sufficient. We will need to spend more time in wadi rum the next time we go and would definitely consider trip500 again.iShow more

This was a packed tour and perfectly laid out. We got there a day early and had the company organize a trip for us to Jerash, Umm Qais and Ajloun. Our driver, Naser was fantastic from the moment we met him. He was very patient, gave us a lot of history along the way and we sang and chatted as well. Perfect company for 7 days! Overall it was a good trip with many highlights. However, there are some things that could use improvement. First of all, the hotel at the Dana Reserve is a back packing hostel that has no air con, fans, and many mosquitoes. The other hotels, especially the Petra Canyon are very nice and we were very satisfied with them. All of the staff at the hotels were 6/5. Very friendly and nice people. Next I would like to say that our driver Jalal was a very nice guy who was always on time and was quick to answer any questions we had. He took care of us until the very end. Lastly, I would also like to say, I’m not sure if this is Jordan culture but I gave tips to most of the tour guides and drivers and only one responded with thank you. I’m not sure if this is cultural or not, but if I give a tip I would like to at least receive a thank you.Show more

This tour was phenomenal. We had a great time hiking through the wonders of Petra, Dana, and Wadi Rum and Mujib. This tour is definitely an adventure, so be prepared! Our driver and guide Jalal was very kind. He took us to many great places and made sure we were happy. The Glamping experience here was also very nice. Be sure to bring bug repellent when you come here, unfortunately our accommodation in Dana had a lot of mosquitoes. Other than that, the trip was great though!Show more

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Trip500. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
