From the moment the tour started, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to everyone’s needs. His enthusiasm, sense of humour, and genuine passion for what he does made the trip enjoyable from start to finish.
What stood out most was how much effort Tom put into making sure every person felt included and had a great time. He was always happy to answer questions, share interesting facts, and offer recommendations that made the experience even more memorable. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him.
Thanks to Tom’s dedication and positive attitude, our trip was not only smooth and well-organised but also one we’ll remember for a long time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic tour guide. Thank you, Tom, for making our trip so special! Xx

The Trip Manager, Tom, went above and beyond to ensure everyone was bringing positive vibes, energy and motivation into each and every day. He would provide intel of each place in great detail with such ease and is proven to be a wealth of knowledge. The time and effort considered into each Day Sheet, PowerPoint presentation and Recommendations was very much appreciated! He is a lovely human being and very approachable/ helpful and kind - all the qualities you could possibly want within a Trip Manager!

The boat crew and overall organization made the trip feel smooth and stress-free, and having Tom as our tour manager made the experience even better.
