Is there a specific time by which I should arrive in Cairo/depart Cairo in order to be picked up and taken to my hotel and vice versa? Is there any time of day/night where I could not be picked up/dropped off? If my flight arrives to Cairo after 21:00, or if it departs from Cairo back to the US before 6:00, would that be an issue?

If I pay extra for flights between Cairo & Aswan and Cairo & Luxor, as well as an extra night in Cairo after the tour ends, will the tour guide assist in the back and forth? For the extra night, would I still be taken to the airport the next morning? Are there any additional charges other than those outlined in the tour itinerary for upgrades and optional excursions?

Are there discounts for children? 10-14-15 years + 2 adults. Is it possible to have a French-speaking guide?

A child of 10 years receives a 50% discount on the trip price because they are under 12 years old. For children of 15 and 15 years, they do not receive a discount because they are over 12 years old. Yes, we have a French-speaking guide and we will organize it for your trip.

Is it possible to confirm the following points: Are international round-trip flights from Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG) included in the indicated price? Are domestic flights guaranteed during the tour as we do not wish to travel by train?

  I have sleep apnea, so I require a CPAP breathing machine when I sleep. I just wanted to plan appropriately with the necessary plug adapters, extension cords, etc. From my research online, I understand Egypt uses the European Type C plug and all rooms should have them, but any idea if they will be located near the bed?

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
