      In Hakuba: One large 6-bedroom chalet (ideal), or two 3-bedroom chalets/villas located immediately next to each other. In Tokyo/Disney: Ideally 3-4 interconnecting or adjacent apartment-style suites with a shared common area/kitchenette. The accommodation needs to have a large enough common area/dining space for all 13 people to celebrate together comfortably.

      Your travel within Japan will be on trains and bullet trains, not planes. Train timings and the operating company will be shared shortly after your booking is completed. As for international flights—if that's what you meant by "plane being accounted for"—we would need your travel dates and the airport you'd like to fly from in order to provide you with a quote, along with flight timings and the airline details in advance. Our flight prices are generally lower than market rates.

      If you mean transfer to the Osaka Airport, Yes it is included. All Internal travel within Japan is on Trains. So Airfare from where, a bit confused with the question.
