The transport to and from the Airport to/from the hotel is already included as a part of the tour. A mount Fuji excursion can be added from $129 per person and depending on the dates it could go upto $179 per person. If the dates fall around the Cherry Blossom period.

Do you handle group air, or should I manage the airfare independently?

However, we can share examples of hotels we've used in the past — your accommodation will be at these or similar 4-star properties: Hotel Intergate Tokyo Kyobashi or similar, Mercure Hida Takayama or similar, Ibis Styles Kyoto Station or similar, Citadines Namba Osaka or similar. We currently have availability for April 2027 on the following dates: 03rd, 07th, 11th, 15th, 19th, 23rd, and 27th April.

Will the plane I have to take be accounted for just be sure additionally will the plane details be further explained once it has been booked, such as the plane time and company?

Your travel within Japan will be on trains and bullet trains, not planes. Train timings and the operating company will be shared shortly after your booking is completed. As for international flights—if that's what you meant by "plane being accounted for"—we would need your travel dates and the airport you'd like to fly from in order to provide you with a quote, along with flight timings and the airline details in advance. Our flight prices are generally lower than market rates.

If you mean transfer to the Osaka Airport, Yes it is included. All Internal travel within Japan is on Trains. So Airfare from where, a bit confused with the question.
