Hi Meghan, Thank you for your feedback! I am really sorry about the hot water at the first night and it is a shame that you didn't enjoy much the food at the farmhouse. However, it is also a shame to hear from you just now through a feedback these things as we were in contact through what's App for the whole tour and I have been always asking you if you were having a good time or if there were any issue generally to make sure you were having a perfect time. I was there 24h to assist you but unfortunately you didn't report any problems or any particular issue when I asked. We are working to make sure all the guests are having a great service and they can relax and feel comfortable. If I knew about the meal, I would probably take you out for dinner to make sure you and particular your husband could have a great time or I could have spoken with the chef at the farmhouse to change the menu for you. We are working very hard to reach the satisfaction of our guests who are coming from all over the world and with different cultures. I believe the communication and "be clear" are very important when we travel overseas. I am so sorry again if you didn't have a perfect experience. Thank you for your nice feedback about me and Paolo. I really appreciated it! I think we had a great time on the last day together. I will be more than happy to take you again on tour in Tuscany to show you that we are absolutely able to provide a great service and great memories to bring back with you. Thank you again I wish you all the best... Matteo Piccardi
