As a tour booking website, TourRadar cannot organise visas for you on your behalf as the visa requirements are regularly being updated and vary for the nationality of one traveller to the next. - What is the group size of this tour?
This tour can take up to 16 participants.
- When and where does the tour start?
On Day 1 of the tour, Arctic Adventures offers a pickup service starting at 08:00 am from most major hotels and listed guest houses in the downtown Reykjavik area. They can, unfortunately, not offer a pickup service from private apartments, Airbnb apartments and the airport. If your pick up location is not on the pickup list, then we kindly ask you to find the closest pickup point to your accommodation and inform us where you will be meeting us for the pickup for your tour.
- Is there a hotel list available?
All accommodations stayed in during this tour will be 3+ stars (it varies between days, but none under 3 stars). The accommodation that will be used is a mixture of country hotels and guesthouses.
This is a list of accommodations they typically stay at, but please be advised that exact accommodation and details are re-confirmed at time of booking and are subject to change up to 6 weeks prior to departure.

- For any tour departing before October 7th, 2020 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 7th, 2020, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Arctic Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Arctic Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Arctic Adventures" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
