  Booking with this company was an amazing experience. Everything was pre-booked by our hiking guide, and it was seamless. The tour guides and tour operator were exceptional. They provided reliable transportation, and our guides were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the trip. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe while traveling throughout Morocco and that our time in the country was truly memorable. One of my favorite experiences was having an authentic Berber meal in the home of a local husband and wife. The food was absolutely delicious, and being welcomed into their home made the experience feel especially personal and authentic. If I ever return to Morocco, I would absolutely book with this company again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized, safe, and memorable experience in Morocco. All their guides (especially Haman) spoke English and went over and beyond to satisfy our every need, even finding a pharmacy for members of our tour group experiencing some altitude illness. Our on the ground guides, Hassan (guide) and Salah (driver) made our trip extra special. They paid close attention to everything our group needed. Hassan is incredibly knowledgeable and it is evident that he loves his job and is well versed in multiple histories of Morocco. Our trip was a group of 11 people. From that group at least 3 people have confirmed that they want to go back and do that same exact tour with their family members. I highly recommend.Show more

  Pro: Our driver was fantastic, our pick ups were on time and our tours always started on time. Con: Everything else. We were told that our accomodations were so poor because TourRadar kept a large amount of our payment. Accomodations were VERY POOR, except for our first hotel, which made our group exhausted and not enjoy our experiences. We had 7 people traveling in our group, we confirmed in November that each night the double rooms would have 2 beds each and the triple 3 beds. Only 2 of our 5 accomodations were correct, leading to two 6 foot plus tall men sharing an extremely hard full size bed multiple nights. Our tents in the desert were also the only ones without fans or A/C. We actually met 2 other groups that over lapped at different tour spots, with the same itinerary and they refused to stay in the tents because of such poor accommodations and got moved to a hotel. We had two accomodations, the camp and a riad that didn't even have bathroom doors for privacy. We had to complain about 2 tour guides as well, one was so busy texting on her phone and taking calls she barely spoke to us and another tour guide rushed at the ruins and avoided questions, saying no one knows, but an internet search showed a response in seconds. Just a personal opinion of our group, we believe if the tour would go in reverse we would have enjoyed it more. But we were exhausted due to lack of sleep.Show more
