The cost for single supplement room rate

To add a single room would be an additional AUD$2599 however it is subject to availability. You would have your own room except on the following: Nights 16-17: Salar de Uyuni, Night 23: Overnight bus, Nights 24-25: Pucón.

I am very keen to book a place on the 16 Jan trip Lima to Buenos Aries at the reduced price advertised of $5559, but am reluctant to make the payment with such poor signals in case there is a complication. I can do this on my return on 22 September.

Unfortunately we can not hold the space for that long without payment. We can hold the space for 4 days max and would require a deposit of 20% of the tour price to confirm.

Is airport transfer included in my tour package?

Airport transfers are not automatically included but can be arranged at an additional cost.

What is the group size for the tour?

The average group size for this tour is 10 to 15 participants.

What time does the tour get into Buenos Aires on day 30 (6 Feb 2026)? The itinerary says there is a flight from San Carlos de Bariloche to Buenos Aires. What time is it scheduled to arrive? The reason is that we want to leave the tour once we get to Buenos Aires (on day 30) and join another tour on the same day as we have limited time in South America.

Is it correct that international flights to Lima, Peru and back from Buenos Aires are not included, but all other tickets and transfers during the trip are included?

All of the transport during your trip, including flights are all included in your package. It is just the international flights from where you are to the start of the trip and the return flight back home that is not included.

What does the price include?

We are looking for a 7-day to start from Lima and explore Cusco and MacCupicuh

How can I check the availability of the tour?

How much does travel insurance cost with this tour?

The cost of travel insurance varies; please reach out to us for detailed information.

Are we accompanied by a guide at all times even on buses, planes and trains? Are the buses public buses or are they tour coaches and do they have toilets and air conditioning? What happens in the event of an emergency?

The public buses that we use are coaches, but they do not have amenities on board, but the coaches make scheduled stops for bathroom breaks. You would need to book flights that fly into Lima and out of Buenos Aires for this trip. If you are departing from Australia, the best option would be wither LATAM (Via Santiago), Qantas or you could maybe look at Air New Zealand. There are only a couple of rides on the public bus. You have a guide who is with you the entire duration of the tour. Part of their main duty is to keep all the travelers safe. Purchasing travel insurance will also give you a bit more peace of mind.

Although I enjoyed the wonderful scenery, I felt this portion of the trip needs to be adjusted to allow travelers to enjoy the pace as oppose to waiting on transportation and not having time to enjoy some of the areas as it?s too rushed.Show more

No heating in hotel rooms in the middle of winter and very cold weather, no hot water in most, most of the included meals were not nice, guide was not good, was charged 400 euro for an inca trail ticket by gadventures and was actually only 222 soles when I recieved the ticket. (Under 100 euro) same happened with a star gazing tour, was over charged and found out online the ticket was almost half the price. complete RIP off, do not book with gadventures, not worth the money.Show more

What time does the tour get into Buenos Aires on day 30 (6 Feb 2026)? The itinerary says there is a flight from San Carlos de Bariloche to Buenos Aires. What time is it scheduled to arrive? The reason is that we want to leave the tour once we get to Buenos Aires (on day 30) and join another tour on the same day as we have limited time in South America.

Are we accompanied by a guide at all times even on buses, planes and trains? Are the buses public buses or are they tour coaches and do they have toilets and air conditioning? What happens in the event of an emergency?

  The public buses that we use are coaches, but they do not have amenities on board, but the coaches make scheduled stops for bathroom breaks. You would need to book flights that fly into Lima and out of Buenos Aires for this trip. If you are departing from Australia, the best option would be wither LATAM (Via Santiago), Qantas or you could maybe look at Air New Zealand. There are only a couple of rides on the public bus. You have a guide who is with you the entire duration of the tour. Part of their main duty is to keep all the travelers safe. Purchasing travel insurance will also give you a bit more peace of mind.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
