Trip was well organized. Especially pick up and dtop offs. Javier was constantly in contact, making sure I was well taken care of. By the way, he deserves a promotion and a raise for his diligence, tireless efforts, care and concerns. I wondered if he ever slept. The hotels were strategically located, in walking distance of the center of town. 1 hotel in Santa Cruz, even though nice, was cold, no heat. 2 other hotels had no hot water. It would be also nice to prepare the traveler about weather conditions and high elevation conditions which may affect breathing issues for older adults

Some incredible sights, especially Macchu Picchu and the journey from Uyuni to San Pedro across the salt flats. The CEO Fabi was excellent. It was quite a fast paced trip, a lot of it at altitude. Some hotels were more basix package than a Classics package, especially as in some locations better options were available. Some charged extra for drinking water and WiFi. Some of the optional extra activities were expensive and poor value. The 4x4s across the Salt Flats were cramped - we really needed 5 cars instead of 4 for the size of the group. But it was an amazing journey which we really enjoyed and for us the positives outweighed the negatives.

A really good mix of hiking, culture, and exploration. I really enjoyed this tour, as it covers so many places that aren't otherwise accessible on your own. Arguable, Inca Trail was the highlight, but there was so much more. Ballesta Islands, Lake Titicaca, the Yungas Road in Bolivia, steak in Salta, etc etc. I enjoyed Bolivia much more than I expected (the museums in Potosi were world class). You have free time to explore the big cities such as La Paz on your own if you choose. Only downside were some inflexibility in restaurant choice. Overall a good trip I'll remember for a long time.
