We had a fantastic time on this tour guided expertly by Ruben who was able to bring alive what we were exploring. He has great knowledge of South America and made the logistics of our getting to and from places seem effortless. Ruben was always so efficient and always willing to help us in anyway at site locations, airports, hotels and was always cheerful and made the whole experience wonderful and so memorable. Where appropriate he brought in other local guides who were also very good and their love of their country came through in their enthusiasm to share it with us. We explored many different facets that the country has to offer and had a great time and gladly recommend it but try and get Ruben as your guide.
Ultimate South AmericaFast-paced and hitting many of the highlights of South America in a manageable timeframe. Highly recommended. Hotels were decent and individual (no bland chains here!) and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and personalised the tour throughout to things that those in the group were interested in specifically. It was a small group (6) and a perfect match between group activity and then free time to explore places in the way you wanted to. A memorable experience and the landscapes in NW Argentina, Chile and Bolivia are unsurpassed globally in my opinion!
