Would G Adventures be able & willing to accept a booking for 1 solo traveler (female, 34) at the reduced base rate?

The price currently for our December 6 departure is $2209 after the sale. It could be a sale change, however, this sale has been running as our black Friday sale since October 30th and will end in 5 days. We are unable to honour a different price than the one online since there was not actual booking/hold with a different price. Please also not that this departure is on request, meaning that space is not guaranteed. Once you proceed and request it, it takes 3-5 business days to hear back if it's confirmed or not.

Can you do exception for me? I'm very fit for my age, practicing yoga, stretching, breathe work & meditation every day. In Australia I play tennis 3-4 times a week & paddle ski kayak (average 20-30km per week). I currently travel across South America for 1 week and next week I plan to hike 5 days Salkantay trail. I also bought from you last year Southern Safari tour (54 days Nairobi to Cape Town) and 80% participants were below 35 years old

The October 11 to 25 departure is sold out. The next available departure is October 25 to November 8.

I'm looking for a tour At Argentina for end of May to begin of June. Is the 20% price discount available for May/June tour? I'm traveling alone and the private room price seems high considering potential hotel/hostel quality.

We do not have any tours that start in Buenos Aires that go to Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. We do have the 30 day The Scenic Route - Lima to Buenos Aires tour starting March 21-April 19 with 7+ spots still available.

I'm looking to book a G Adventures tour and one of the details it asks for at checkout is if I've been a past customer of G Adventures as they offer 5% discount

Past travellers will get an 5% discount if they have previously completed a Post Tour Evaluation Form with us on a previous trip. However, we are only able to have one active promotion on a tour. If the tour has a higher discount currently advertised for a sale, we would honour the better promotion.

How much baggage can I bring with me on the trip?

You can bring one main piece of luggage per person, limited by space available on transport vehicles. We recommend a medium-sized suitcase or backpack.

Is there an age limit for the La Paz to Buenos Aires: Andes & the Atacama Desert tour? I'm a solo traveler in my mid 40's but in great health and physical condition. Can I purchase this package?

We have a strict age policy on this trip, so unable to accept anyone who is 40 or over. Im sorry we dont have a similar classic trip available for this itinerary.

- For any tour departing before May 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
