Show moreTrip date: April 2023- Karagen· June 9th, 2022Javier was a terrible tour coordinator. It was start to finish a bad experience. We didn’t even make it to the airport on the first day before he was sending us messages asking for more money for him and talking of canceling the trip. Very unprofessional. I will say most of the day tours were good but not worth dealing with him. This is unfortunate because we poured so much money and used all our vacation time for this. The final straw was him putting us in the nastiest hotel you can imagine and refusing to relocate us on the last stop. I’m talking mold on the walls, and dirty carpet from the 70’s. We still haven’t received a refund for that. I wish I could go back in time and book a different tour. I have called TourRadar 4 times about Javier since booking. I’ve booked many tours with TourRadar and never had this many issues.Show moreTrip date: May 2022
